The End of an Era

Hello out there.. I've mulled over this the last few days and now it's with emotions running high and great pain that I announce the closing of the Isle of the Southern Cross website.  It may not seem an "era" to you, but to me it is.  Each and every day for the past year and more I've poured my heart, soul, and hard work into this site, I've spent countless hours doing, redoing, erasing, moving, drawing, creating, and more.  This place means more to me then you could ever imagine.

So why am I closing it?  Well, I just don't have the urge to roleplay like I used too.  I'd rather be out watching a movie or playing basketball and living my own life more then adventuring in the fantasy world.  I by no means say there's anything wrong with that, in fact I used to love it, but my time is passing.  If I don't have the love for RPG's that I used to, then what is this site anymore... just half-assed news stories done because "the page should be updated", and therefore it's just not as much fun, and you're getting ripped-off also.  Realize that I've never made a cent from this site...nothing....monetary wise, but over the last year or so I have managed to meet some great people.  You know who you are!  And believe me, I've learned quite alot from this experience.  You guys deserve better though.. hopefully there'll be some new shining star to take my spot.

My RPG group..Ash, Neptune, Ihsan, Wallace... well, what can I say guys.  I'm through with the website.  Hopefully you'll understand.  All I can say to each and every one of you is thanks.  You know what you meant to me.

Will I let you or somebody else remain running ISC?  No. I've decided that there's no one who would run ISC like I wanted it and I would really hate to see this site go to shit after everything I've done so don't even ask.  Also all you webmasters out there. you may not copy, cut, paste, or display my pages elsewhere's unless you ask for permission first, and permission won't be granted lightly, however over the years I've had several unique sections like the Freelancers, the Purity test etc.. and if these inspire you to make one of your own, go for it!  I have no control over the content I didn't create, if you want one of the images you've seen, you'll have to contact the artist that drew it for me, or if you're interested in material on this site that's not of my own making, you'll have to contact the writer, but most of the places you've looked around at were all mine... so ask just to be sure.

Is this the end of Rehlman on the net as we know it?  Who knows... I might show up somewhere else yet.  If I do, I'll be sure to let you know.. Just check back here once a month if you're really interested.  Once again I thank you all, I've never had anything but good feedback from you guys, you're all class acts, I just wish you would have taken more time to drop me a line or two once in a while.

So now as we part, why don't you take one last look around the place because very soon it will all be gone. Thank you all and have a great time roleplaying!

-Rehlman

PF Gaming @ Palladium:  Well, you've seen it on Palladium's site.  The Mysterious 2nd Chat room...of death!  Ok, well, maybe not...but I guess you could die in it...Hmm..   Anyway, Palladium's Online Gaming chatroom is rolling and already has a couple Palladium Fantasy games opened up in it.  You can check out the scedule of games here.  Feel free to mail the spuds who are running them or even Maryann to create a new game.  It's kind of weird though, some of the schedule slots don't even mention what game they'll be playing... kinda important last time I checked...  Thanks goes to Lictalon for the news bit.

Speaking of Lictalon, he just opened a new Fanfic section over at his spiffed site and is looking for those stories of yours.

Rifter #3: Sounds like most of the subscribers still haven't gotten the 3rd Rifter including myself, so if it's not on your doorstep, don't worry, should be coming sometime soon.

A&A: Played a game of Axis & Allies last night (Board game)  Axis won again.  Germany (me) gave up the African front to the Allies after the first turn went wrong and from then on concentrated on the already weakened Russian (DK) border and stormed through while Japan (Mike) walked in on the back side forcing Russia out of the picture.  Soon all of Asia was claimed by the Axis and the game was history from there on in, the Allies (Ash and Neptune) did however fight it out to the very bitter end.  Great game ya'll!

21st @6:25 P.M. CST:

Palladium Message Boards: Palladium books in their swankness put up Message boards for all to use.  Lets see now, there's the General Message Forum, the Buy, Sell, and Trade forum, and the Rifts, Fantasy, and Heroes & other forums. Pretty cool I guess although I had no problem using the Townhall forums...  Speaking of which, the TIC forum at the townhall is rolling pretty sweet right now.

Journal of Kyldynar: Check out the latest entries into the Journal of Kyldynar sent to me by the ever so swank and love'n Kevin Taylor!  Da man has quite the story going here.

Geocities gets Subdirectories: It's about time, that sweet (and free :) server of mine is finally allowing us to use subdirectories so things will be moving around in the next few days.. I promise a good share of broken links ;)

Axis & Allies: Most of you older viewers know that I'm a huge fan of Axis & Allies (yes, a board game!)  Well, anyway tonight I'm going to be playing with a whole bunch of my spuds, can't wait.. it's the best strategy game made yet! :)

@2:10 A.M. CST:

Stuffs: So, what's Rehlman been up to the last few days?  Working on his Heroes Page, maybe his Commentary page, maybe even a special for ISC... well.. To tell you the truth I haven't been doing jack for anything...  I've been working full time hours at my job, playing Starcraft, and well... watching the new T.V. channels we got.   What an exciting life I lead.. I know :) Oh yeah, I found out who wrote that guestbook entry that pissed me off a couple days ago... Just don't mess with me again, cus next time I get mean.  Muahahahaha.. hehe ;)

Rifter #3: Still no Rifter.. anybody else get theirs yet?  I was talking to Randi Cartier.. sounds like some of her stuff made the Rifter.  Go Randi! :)

Wishing Well: One more wish thrown into the old Wishing Well.  Check'r out!

More Journal: Kevin Taylor just sent in a whole bunch more lov'n my way!  I'll get it up tomorrow, for now I'm going to bed :)

17th @11:55 P.M. CST:

Heroes Page!: That's right folks, I finally did it.  I created a Heroes site so all the PF and Heroes stuff will no longer be tangled together.  It still needs a lot of work, but what the hell, I'll let ya see it if you're interested ;)  Palladium Fantasy stuff, most of my ramblings, and of course other stuff non-related to Heroes will still appear here, I can tell you're already looking forward to that :)  Anywho, the Heroes page is set up to look like a newspaper... well, you'll see when you check it out! Oh yeah, a lot of things will be moving around in the next few days as I tranfer stuff to Heroes pages and rename a helluva lot of files, so if you see something screwed up, drop me a line.  Thanks ;)

Poll: Other Friday, another poll :)  Here are the results from the last poll:

What more would you most like to see out of the Official Palladium Website?

Press releases brought back and have realistic release dates that they'll meet                                                  0%

A "dating center" for PBeM's and normal games where people can find others to play with                         8%

Updated frequently with a special or new info about a upcoming book. Interactive with fan based sites   15%

More content! Fill up those sections like the Cutting Room Floor, Opps, FAQ, and Coming Attractions.   31%

Nothing! I want them to spend all of their work time making books                                                                     46%

Well, Palladium, there you have it.  Get makin' dem books!  As usual, the new Poll is up and ready for you to vote on.  This one is more of an information one rather then an opinion poll.  I know the Opinion polls are cooler, but I wanna know this..so.. ;)  I promise an opinion poll next week :)

Rifter #3: Man, I'm still waiting for the 3rd Rifter to arrive at my door... I checked the mail so eagerly today.. sigh.. no luck.. Maybe tomorrow...better be tomorrow or else I'll...I'll have wait til Monday for it, but I'll wait til Monday for it with an angry look on my face so there! ;)

Guestbook: Does the "fun" never end... The latest entry in there says:

Yeah kevin, is Rehlman your role-playing character?!

Now, I'm not sure if somebodies trying to be funny or what, but this well, kinda of ticked me off.  No offense to Kevin of course cus he's a really swank guy, but come on, I've been running this site for over a year now and you say that!  And what kind of moron would refer to himself in the 3rd person on his own damn website.  Argg... Although Kevin has been doing a lot of writing and submitting it to me lately, oh, and I can pretty much bet I'll get a whole lot more from him in the future cus this guy has some great ideas!

@2:17 A.M. CST:

Black Leather Turncoat:  Ah yeah!  Ash pumped out Chapter 3 (possibly last chapter...who knows?) of the awesome ongoing Heroes story about Dark Rider's encounters with the Fabricators.  Check out the Chapter 3!, or if you haven't read the first two chapters yet you can just die and go to he... Umm, see them here ;)

Poll: Ok all you people who haven't voted yet, get your over too it and vote!  It'll be changing later on today!

Guestbook: God damn, I knew there was a reason I have this guestbook ;)  If for no other reason then people trying to find something nice to say "Umm.. nice site", or free advertising for their site "Come see my site, it's better then this guys!", or even putting the non-sensual all caps thang, "ARG! I'M FROM THE LAND OF TARGANOT!", it's main purpose for being there has to be the humor effect.  Check out that latest post in the guestbook, fact, I'll put it right here:

I would like to say that I like the old system Palladium better than the new system. Elvis, the elven priest, and I have combined together and made a new race, a half elf and half human. We also take your new version of Palladium and change it so that it fits into the old system. We do like one thing in the new system, the way that the magic was done over is a lot better idea.

One word in there gets me, "your" Do they think this is the official Palladium homepage or somethin?  God damn, that's an honour :)  Hell, I update more then the official Palladium homepage and probably have more info then they do too :)  If you wrote this post, I'm not making fun of you or anything, this is just cool!!! (Even if it was a typo or somebody just play'n with me... I don't care, it's still swank! :)

I am, however, happy to say that the guestbook proves that a good majority of you are really great and intelligent people though, from all of the spiffed stuff you say.  And oh yea, I agree with the person who wrote that.  The only really good thing out of the 2nd Ed. is the Magic system.... well, and I have to add that the psionics for major and minor psychics was also much better done (although our group never had a problem with that, I could easily see room for abuse)

16th @12:57 A.M. CST:

Kyldynar's Journal: I just put up another one of Kevin Taylors sweet works.  Wanna hear a story about the search for the greatest sword there ever was or will be?  Thought so ;) Check out the beginning of the story through daily entries in the Kyldynar's Journal!

Speaking of stories... Ash just sent me a copy of Chapter 3 of the Black Leather Turncoat... and let me tell you it is sweet!  Vintage Ash folks, look for that soon, right now I'm going to bed :)

Stuff's: Warning, this has nothing to do with RPG, but I don't care ;)  I went and saw Leathal Weapon 4 the other day, damn funny movie.  You'd think being the 4th one you'd be sick of it, but somehow they managed to twist it enough to make it good, and the addition of Chris Rock was kick ass!  Mel Gibson and Joe Peshi did their normal great acting, the only person who kinda sucked was Danny Glover.  Also saw X-files the movie a couple days back, man, I just cannot like Scully as an actor, she blows!  However Mulder is pretty cool, maybe it's just me ;)  That movie was pretty freaking awesome, yet there's something at the end that I question, but I won't give it away for those of you who haven't seen it yet.  Reminds me of our BTS group a little bit, just as Kevin Thorn said actually, I'm the Scully of the group while the anarchist is the Mulder of the group.  'Cept Scully always wins around here ;)  Anyway, now I've started watching the regular episodes, I'm hooked just like I was on Star Trek: Next Generation.  Speaking of Next Gen., it was Patrick Stewards birthday like 3 days ago.  Happy belated birthday I guess :)  What else is there... oh yeah, I finally saw Hercules (the Disney flick), it was pretty dang good for Disney.  I don't like to many Dis. movies, actually... only more of the recent ones like Lion King, Mulan was pretty good, I'll actually sit through the Little Mermaid.  If you get older than that I start to lose consciouness :)  Don't worry, someday I'll have another page to put these commentary's onto so you aren't "forced" to read them =)

15th @3:14 P.M. CST:

The Wonders of Magic: Kevin Thorn updated his oh so swank website with a page all about using spells differently then what their common use is.  It's really good folks, a definate read for all you wizards out there.  Check it out on Thorn's Palladium Page.

Shadowfall: Kevin Taylor just sent me some more about Shadowfall for your viewing pleasure.  Check out the new Shadowfall notes and more in the G.N,W. Area Notes.  I'll have even more of his notes up tomorrow or even possibly today yet.

Rifter #3Rifter #3 Ships!:  Hey folks, the 3rd Rifter should be hitting your doorstep or local comic book store any day now as it is officially out of Palladium's warehouse!  There seems to be slight change in the Rifter from what they had originally had in it.  Here is the information I racked up a long time ago about what you should have been seeing from #3:

-Martial Arts for Ningas & Superspies

-Mystic China and martial arts conversions for Rifts plus new powers and optional tables

-Material for the Palladium Fantasy RPG,

-Magic & magic items of Palladium Fantasy & other settings.

-More Rifts stories and

-Word's of wisdom from Erick Wujcik

Heres what I found on Palladium's site today as I read what they had in the revised version of the Rifter #3:

Palladium News. Coming Attractions.G.M. & Player tips.

The Xiticix Hive and new types of Xiticix aliens.

Optional Martial Arts rules galore.

Some fantasy RPG critters and magic items.

Knights of the Dinner Table™ comic strip by Blackburn.

Rifts® fiction -- serialized stories.

A bunch of Rifts® RPG stuff and a whole lot more!

Ok, now I know it's not only me who sees a wee bit of a change in the line-up leaning towards Rifts again.  Yeah, Rifts sells the best... I know.. I know...  I'm not going to make any official rants about this until I have it in my hands =), but here's what Morpheus_14 had to say about it:

OK, is anyone else annoyed with the 'ol S-Man for turning the Rifter into yet ANOTHER Rifts supplement? Isn't it about time he paid attention to PFRPG and H.U. and even, god forbid, Robotech? What ever happened to the Mechanoids RPG anyway? Palladium (and thus you Kevin, yes you!) got started with PFRPG (notice the company's named Palladium books and not Rifts books... hint hint...) and while I'm glad to see the 2ndedition, I want more stuff for it, even if it's in the Rifter. I can't write it all Kevin Siembieda! (hint hint) unless you wanna cheese out like TSR and sell me the rights (Mmm... Dream and Deciet Inc., nice ring...)... Sheesh! Sorry, had to get that off my chest...

If you're interested in writing an entire book for Palladium, they do accept freelancer submittions, the first step is not to write the manuscript, but to turn in an outline to Palladium and they'll decide whether they'll give you the go ahead with the entire manuscript.  If you're just interested in writing for the Rifter, you can find out about submitting articles to it here.

14th @8:50 A.M. CST:

PF Meeting: Hey hey, we actually gamed in PF for like the first time in like, a month!  I thought it was pretty cool, but my opinion is generally baised since it is my adventure ;)  The adventure is finally coming to a close and that will end my career as GM for some time so I can be a player again... After playing Coren on the TIC forum, I'm really bitch'n to play her again in our adventuring... that's assuming those bums (PC's) don't get her killed.  I think I like having a girl in the group, it makes things alot more interesting.  Nobody else seems to like to play them around here, maybe I'm the only one secure enough in my masculinity to play one.  Hehe j/k guys :)

The World of Palladia Color Map: Breaking out of the old black and white world map.  In conjunction with Wallace and Kevin Taylor, I present you with the colorized version of that oh so swank Palladium world.  Click on the image to see the full version of it in all it's glory ;)

Speaking of K.Taylor.  More information on Shadowfall written by him will be up on the site tomorrow.  Check back then to see it ;)

Brute Force: I was talkin' to Mike last night on Palladium Chat and he mentioned that he redesigned his sweet HU2 site Brute Force. Go ahead and check out the sleek new layout! :)

Purity Test:  Got a note from Kicki (from the Listserver) before she left on vacation.  The gal scored in at 55.46% on the Palladium Fantasy Purity test.  Pretty dang good if I do say so ;)  She also sent a question that I thought was the greatest.

I'd really like to know if I'm the only one to plan my holiday trips after where the best RPG book stores in the country are?

She's from Sweden I believe.  Now I think that's just amazing that you actually plan your trip based on RPG stores, she should get to meet Kevin Siembieda or something for that one ;)  Well, the question's out there, does anybody else plan their vacations that way?

PBeM: I narfed this off of the Listserver.  Yet another PBeM to check out if you're so inclined.  Here's the spot to ask more about it: taylorn@cadvision.com

Okay, time for me to jump on the bandwagon. I'm now very seriously considering running a PBeM in the Palladium Fantasy world. I'm running terminally low on players locally and I really want to run this campaign, so here goes...

I've never run a PBeM before but I'm confident that I can do at least a decent job. I may be an inexperienced PBeMer, but I'm a seasoned GM. If anyone wants to give me any pointers/ideas though, please feel free. And of course I'll be looking for players. I'm going to have to put the cap around 5-7. Anyone and everyone is welcome (tell your friends), but the final party will be based upon the characters that have been submitted.

The campaign will take place in the Eastern Territories, at least initially (who's to say where it will lead). I'm pretty flexible for characters and I'll even allow races and O.C.C.s from other games, provided they work out. Characters from Mystic China (a martial artist or two would be very cool) or non-technological Rifts characters are the sorts of things I might go for. Turns will be out twice a week, probably sundays and wednesdays.

My emphasis is very strongly upon characters and character interaction, be forewarned. I like characters who react realisticly without screwing up the game. Sure there'll be combat, but the development and portrayal of unique and realistic characters is what I'll be looking for when it comes to dishing out XP.

So if you're interested or want to know more please send me a message. If you know someone else who may be interested forward this message to them. Thanks, and happy gaming!

Palladium Updates:  The Official Palladium Site just got up a new FanFAQ as of the 10th, it has a few questions about PF, but most of it deals with HU2 and Rifts.

Poll:  Results are in! (a bit late however...opps)

Forgetting Palladiums release scedule which Palladium Fantasy Book would you like to see come out next?

Western Empire:                                  16%

Domain of Man (Eastern)                    21%

Old Kingdom Mountains/Lowlands   26%

Wolfen Wars                                         32%

Baalgor Wastelands                             5%

Looks  like Wolfen Wars is victorious.  You listening Palladium?  The public has spoken, now get mov'n! ;)  Bill Coffin wrote Western Empire and is writting the Baalgor Wastelands, poor guy, looks like he has to turn out some primo writing to get those books sold.

The new Poll is up and mov'n.  Go ahead and vote, it's a toughy ;)

10th @2:18 P.M. CST:

G.M. Words of Wisdom:  So I was talking to Ken Thorn last night, that would be Kevin Thorn's brother.  He's the G.M. of their group.  Anyway, Kevin's mentioned to me how well Ken plays his villians and I asked him about that.  Here's what he said about playing the villain:

I try to think as the villians as evil extension of my father - an efficent, motivated, no bullshit man who gets the job done. Then. . . next job. I attempt to give them interests and values as I would have if I were living my life as a criminal.  I try to think and of course deal with their vulnerabilities as if they (the villians) really matter as much as the PC's (well, almost as much) since they do. If they don't act in a realistic, dysfunctional, ruthless, and most importantly a survival orientated manner, then they will become unchallenging, unrealistic and boring. I believe in keeping it real, of course not too real since this is fantasy.  I will assign powers and likely behaviour patterns ( I just like the way the British spell that) as I think are appropriate for the villian and situation.

I told him he should be a writer ;) -Rehlman

G.N.W.: Yes, I am aware that there is a map missing for the G.N.W. Notes.  I'll try to get it up tomorrow. -Rehlman

X-files: Great movie, make sure you check this one out folks.  Oh yeah, you don't have to know a thing about the series to still understand this movie. -Rehlman

8th @4:40 P.M. CST:

G.N.W. Notes and Maps: The notes and the 2 maps that Kevin Taylor sent over to me are up and ready for your viewing pleasure ;)  Check 'em out here! -Rehlman

2:48 A.M. CST:

Houserules: As I promised before, Kevin's House Rules are up so make sure to check them out!  The notes on the Northern Wilderness will come after I've had some sleep, cus damnit, I'm tired. -Rehlman

TIC Forum: Well, I announced this forum quite a while back for the PFRPG, it was the latest feature for the Townhall Forums.  Anyways, this humble beginning Talk In Character Forum is now moving along really nicely, and we're always looking for people who can handle working in a storyline well.  Check out the forum's and add something of your own!  Btw, I find it greatly helps if you have the character sheet in front of you as you go, of course maybe that's just me ;) -Rehlman

BTS: As I mentioned below, we had a little ole roleplaying fun tonight in the land of Beyond the Supernatural.  It was, well interesting... we thought we'd beat the adventure, but now it just keeps going and if this thing goes to much longer we'll all have Frequent Hospital Stay Hours for free, because now we end up going there at least once a day for with all this crap going on.  Plus we're all constantly looking like idiots because of the type of villain we're facing, and the shitty thing about it is with this villain, my character can't help all that much, although I do my best =)  I have to leave it up to the other guys to figure it out because according to my latest and greatest explanation, all these events are not chained together at all, and people are just 'changing' spontanouesly due to stress or another ailment.  Errrr ;) -Rehlman

7th @4:44 P.M. CST:

Houserules, Northern Wild. and more!:  Well, I opened up the old mailbox today expecting the normal stuff... bad advertisements, PFRPG Listserver things etc.., but then I get this string of messages from my main spud, Kevin Taylor ;)  In it he details his houserules and fleshes out part of the Northern Wilderness.  I'm going to go play a little roleplaying right now, but it will all be up late tonight! (prob. in the wee hours of the morning actually :) -Rehlman

Class Masters:  Charles Ashcraft sent this into the mailing list, and I thought it kicked so much ass that I had to share it with you all ;)  Here we go: -Rehlman

I thought I would share this little tid bit to you people to see what you think of it. I have been using it in my system for quite awhile. This came about when we used 1st edition and people use See Aura. Where it said you could not see exact level of the person. So I came up with a system to where it would give a round about level. Then I started using it through the rest of the system because it fit in well with the Guilds and about every thing else.

Actual Levels      Name

1 - 3                      Apprentice

4 - 6                      Journeyman

7 - 9                      Master

10 - 12                  Adept

13 - 15                  Master - Adept

Brute Force:  Ash told me about a pretty cool Heroes Unlimited Website called Brute Force.  It relatively new, but it looks like they have a good thing going for it over there.  Stop by and check it out for all of the latest Heroes stuff ;) -Rehlman

5th @6:55 P.M. CST:

Schtuffs: Hello ya'll.  As you've probably noticed, the news has been slower lately, and in fact the only thing keeping ISC moving right now is the awesome articles by Kev.  Learning HTML is going great and on schedule, but it is taking time.  Don't fret, soon you'll be getting the same old fashioned lov'n from webmaster of swanktitude ;) -Rehlman

Elven Noble Families: That swank guy you know as Kevin Taylor wrote up another article full of lov'n.  Check out the latest addition to ISC: Elven Noble Families -Rehlman

Wimbledon: Novotna Wins!!!  K, sorry, just had to mention that... I've been following Wimbledon pretty closely like I said I would be about a week ago.  Oh yeah, Sampras won too.. whoop-dee-doo.. They should show the doubles tourny too. -Rehlman

3rd @2:11 A.M. CST:

Lictalon's Palladius: Ok ya'll, I was talking with my spud, Lictalon the other day some more about my bad yet improving html skills, and he's like "Rehlman, July is the month for Lictalon's Palladius!"  Sounds like my boy is going to get down to it and add alot of stuff this month so make sure you check out his website ;) -Rehlman

New Poll: The results are in from the last poll!

Which OCC is played most often in your campaign or by yourself?

Fighter 45%

Mage 45%

Psionic 9%

Cleric 0%

Doesn't look like the Cleric and Psionic O.C.C.'s are very popular.  Wonder why that is... ah well.  Go ahead and vote on the New Poll which is already up and humming ;) -Rehlman

Palladium Updates: That oh so loveable lady you know as Maryann updated the Palladium website once again, this time adding an Online Gaming Chatroom.  Looks like you'll be able to scedule games and do the whole works with it.  Pretty sweet ;) -Rehlman

2nd @3:32 P.M. CST:

Magic Guilds: Kevin a.k.a. Mephisto did an awesome write-up of Magic Guilds of the Western Empire. He includes structure, colors, purpose, and even some plots to get those minds working.  This is a definite read for people playing men of magic or who even come in contact with men of magic.  Big thanks goes out to Kevin, now go check it out! -Rehlman

Society for Creative Anachronism: Remember when I mentioned Mideval day and was whining that we need something like that in America?  Well I guess it so happens that do have something like that.  Thanks goes out to Brin for sending this to me:

Hi, me Brin here. Just a a thought to your medieval day comment, there is a organization called the Society for Creative Anachronism, or the SCA for short. It recreates the middle ages from the 600's to 1600. Up to and including fighting, the royal courts, and any type of lively hood and craft done in that time period. There are events of the SCA going on all the time, all over the States and Canada, and a large 'WAR' on Pennsylvania in August of over 10,000 people. Myself and my husband are members, of which you create a persona as they put it (sounds familiar?) of a person supposedly living in the middle ages. We are traveling merchants of no set lands.

-Brin.

Now does that sound awesome or what?  Where do I sign up? :) -Rehlman

New Website: Got this in the mail box yesturday: -Rehlman

NIGHT FRIGHT SOCIETY -We are a brand new Online Roleplaying Group. We play all sorts of RPGs, but the major Campaign that we are starting up next Thursday(7/2/98) is The Fright Night Society. The scenerio is that a group of college friends who are interested in the Paranormal have gotten together to inspect sightings around the area. But some of these inspections could lead to their DOOM! Who knows what horrors they will meet (besides the Game Master)? This will be a great game, don't miss it!

The Square: While I've been learning HTML, I've been kinda voicing my opinions and a few other things over there and I renamed the page to The Square, which is bound to change, so it's not ALL about HTML.  You might want to check it out just for the fun of it ;) -Rehlman
