Profile: Much of Eimin Gutaika's history is unknown, and that is much the way he prefers it. Much later, he emerged again as Eimin Gutaika. Gone were all traces of the petty thief. Shadow became a loner, cold and emotionless. After much training, he hired himself out as a mercenary and assassin and attained quite a reputation. What is known is that, years long ago, Cheif Rendon and Walker Akero stumbled upon him working for the Demonic emperor Jasson. With already a reputation as a bounty hunter, self-styled ninja, and feared mercenary killer under his belt, and power as mysterious as his own supernatural form, he proved to be quite a hassle for our heroes, until he was made to work with Walker and Chief instead, and ended up betrayed by Jasson's empire in the end.

Deciding this slight could not go unanswered, Eimin Gutaika turned his alliegence to Walker and Chief and their goal to overthrowing Jasson once and for all, although he did so from the shadows and therefore never met Elranda Llelyn until much later. After the initial fall of Jasson, Walker spoke of the land of Anime Gaming where he'd come from, and with much debate, Eimin eventually followed him there. His life changed again when he met Walker Akero again. Lost in an unfamiliar land, Walker hired Eimin to help him find his way in the Rhy'Din world, and introduced him to the UGoI-ESF. From there, Eimin became caught up in the UGoI's fight against the dark side. He would still come and go as he pleased, but he began to believe in their ideals.

By 1999, Eimin Gutaika met one of the only companions he'd ever selected to have, in Iaru Masaki. The two made a good team, and Iaru brought two more to the table--Aku Tenshi and Kaisa Kanji. Eimin didn't seem to mind the presence of these Vampires (or Half-Vampires as the case may be), and joined the UGoI on occasion to their missions to Seattle, Washington, becoming very much at home in the Shadowrunner lifestyle, as they suited his skills well. Between this, and being the one to discover an amnesia'd Elranda Llelyn and raising her back to health, the fifth member of their team was finally discovered in 2001 when Eimin Gutaika met a Ninja employed by the Kane family called Jacob, on an attempt to crush any re-arising of Jasson, which quickly became attempting to stop one Gameron Garcross.

With the defeat of Garcross, Eimin and Jacob went to Seattle, Washington to tag along with the people they were hired to protect--Joshua, Elranda, Mercy, and Kyleia. A renegade Lightsaber-wielding warrior put an end to this little training fun, however, as Jacob was destroyed. Soon thereafter, Joshua and Kyleia were taken by an equally-renegade faction of evil religious warriors, and Eimin, Ghost, Tranquill, Elranda, Mercy, and Xellon were left in the middle of Russia when they woke up, with ex-KGB baring down on them heavy. Mercy fled after Kyleia in a rage, and Elranda tried to follow--only to get lost in the storm (and later found by Evil Jack). Eimin found himself dealing with the Russians themselves, and eventually their mission turned to defeating the likes of an evil, clone version of Renki' Sar Kane.

Even when this issue was resolved, Eimin Gutaika used a Chaos Emerald to a degree it wasn't meant to, and found himself lost in a Heaven Dimension, assisted by a Celestial named Yleth and an Dark Elf named Aliana. Working his way back home to Rhy'Din, the only good news left for him was that Walker Akero managed to survive, only to discover that Joshua, along with Mercy and Kyleia, were never found. It turned out the real Renki' Sar Kane had once more turned into Gameron Garcross--or to be correct, had never turned back in the first place--and orchestrated the taking, and corrupting, of the Kane family line with his illegitimate daughter, Sarah Garcross. Their realm, DeDaMon, was gone, and their location was lost to obscurity for another six years.

Eimin Gutaika's team also faded into obscurity during his absense in dealing with these issues. Once more resolved to status of loner. Serving as Walker's contact for more stealthy careers, he remains loyal to him and Elranda whenever possible, although he maintains there are no attatchments--merely, cementing alliances gains him constant money flow. He helped fighting to get back Elranda Llelyn from Rhine, fought to protect Misty Strider from her evil father, and has made a small reputation for himself in the world of Rhy'Din by now as well, with perhaps a new gig on the arise to allow him more contacts as things progress. He still fancies himself a cold and emotionless killer, and does not take kindly to a lack of honor in people--even if his definitions of honor are twisted from Bushido, in nature of Ninja rather than Samurai.

Personality: Eimin's experiences have left him burnt out. He seemingly no longer has feelings, and prefers to stay alone whenever possible. He will even leave a job or an employer when he feels he's getting to close to them. His activities have garnered him a fearsome reputation; the mere sight of his ninja suit can send some people into a panic. He is still plagued by nightmares, replaying his final mistakes as the man he once was and the death of those once closest to him. These drive him to become more of the ninja he idealizes, and less of the man he once was.
