Fox is the Black Dragon of the Fellowship of the Holy Beacon. His first appearance is in 2005 during Walker's wanderings, when he is hangins with Kenfu and Gokau. He is a fantastically massive, muscular dragon with the power to use all forms of electricity as opposed to just fire like other Dragons.

An honorable mention in her own right, although she never joined the UGoI clan (and probably wouldn't even if offered), Freebird has more than once demonstrated considerable loyalty to the group in question, and more than earned the spot on this web page.
