Profile: In the late 90s, Walker joined Renki' Sar Kane's Night Parade and brought it into the fold of the UGoI, and through this met Renki's band of members in said Night Parade. Two of which were Ryan Moonstar, and his sister Issuria. Having come from a line of mages in a world where knights were the superior social cast, Ryan and Issuria soon worked hard to bring up their own sister-guild to give more freedom for their people... And of course, they produced this guild under the UGoI also, making the Royal Mages of Azin the first guild in the UGoI other than UGoI-ESF itself, and Night Parade (which became UGoI anyway.)

Everything for Issuria seemed perfect...except situations regarding Ryan Moonstar, which with Renki's occasional rebuttles, they ended up trying to solve. Furthermore, complications arose when her dual personality, some entity named Porthos, would occasionally take control. While Walker's group never got greatly involved with Ryan, Issuria, Kilthana, and those sorts, he remained close friends with them on what little knowledge he had until that trust was shaken in 2001, when Renki' and his kin turned to the Dark Side. Despite full knowledge of their ways, Issuria was willing to play the role of the Swiss when they temporarily came back, for reasons largely unknown. Ryan and Issuria stopped this when she saw first hand their ways.

Thankfully, they found out for themselves what people they'd become, but the UGoI was still shaken with the Kane family line's backing suddenly very gone, and the Akero family constantly trying to hunt the Kane family down. Walker was trying his best to uphold things, but none offered to assist him and instead complained things weren't speedy enough. In 2002, Ryan and Issuria fully removed RMoA from UGoI. Contact with them withered until somewhere in late 2003, when Issuria began to roam UGoI again. Initially distrustful of Issuria, Walker begrudgingly began to like the girl. He assisted her in several problems that came up, first with Raziel's mistreatment of her during their marriage, and then getting the entity Porthos out of her body and into it's own body (an empty cloned body from Issuria.) And to his surprise, she actually began to help him.

He lightened up considerably when she adopted Elranda Llelyn under her wing, and Issuria even reinstated UGoI as RMoA's forum. Elranda was an old ally of sorts to Walker, having helped each other in the past for many many years off and on, often running into each other on likeminded missions. However, Elranda was a High Elf with no memory of her past, and was therefore a constant vagabond without any home for herself. Due to her untrusting nature of Walker and the UGoI--they were heavy in property damage and super-chaotic when it came to their justice--Elranda never joined the UGoI. But, through Issuria randomly meeting her, Elranda and Issuria warmed up to each other considerably, something Issuria needed in Ryan Moonstar's absense, and something Elranda needed in the absense of any true friends.

This respect grew to affection, beyond affection of friends. Issuria became everything to Elranda--the only family, friend, and even romantic interest Elrand ever had. Issuria constantly got together with various boys, only leaving them soon after for various reasons of mistreatment by their hands. Elranda made more and more of a drive to end this self-destructive circle, certain that Issuria would change these ways once she found someone worth her time. And after considerable time, Issuria felt that that person worth her time was Elranda. Broad sided by this sudden affection return, Elranda gladly accepted, and Elranda and Issuria became a couple in mid-2006.

Issuria had also managed to find another guild to join, and started to cast her responsibilities of the RMoA to the side. By late 2006, however, things took a turn for the worst, and Issuria wound up not only setting her away from Elranda, but completely married another person without Elranda's consent. Feeling the betrayal through their Elven Bond, a once-in-a-lifetime bond Elves can instate with one person that matters more to them than anyone, Elranda Llelyn was shaken and--as this was the latest in a string of betrayals in her life--Elranda turned to the Dark Side. Unable to face the responsibility for her actions, Issuria disappears, and it is unknown as to why this turned the way that it did.

Personality: Always sure of herself, Issy has a good head on her shoulders and moves through life meeting every situation with confidence and aplomb. She never set out to dedicate her life to heroism, she just sort of fell into it when a friend's friend tried to contact his squad of backups from the UGoI accidentally sent a plea to her own contact. (Which she boasts "I can do anything") Once the dust settled it became clear that her natural flair for danger made her more than a match for the world's most demented supervillians. With the help of her lifelong brother Ryan Moonstar and twin sister prodigy Cassandra, heroism is just one more extracurricular activity. It's no big.
