This large, pressed crystal glass Pitcher Imperial Glass in their Octagon pattern. Found in a wide range of shapes, Octagon was one of Imperial's most enduring patterns, also known as Daisy Button and Stars and Canes, and by Imperial's line number of 536.
Clearly marked in the center of the bottom with the Imperial Glass mark: a tall "I" striking through a large "G".
With the black light, there is a powder blue glow on long wave and on short wave a weak weak yellow glow, consistent with other Imperial Glass made in the early 1900's.
It is in very excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, roughness or wear.
