If you intend travelling directly to the destination assembly point, please advise the walk leader beforehand. If you do travel directly, you must be aware that it is NOT the leaders responsibility to notify you of changes e.g. walk not going ahead due to unforeseen last minute events (weather, accident etc.). Obviously, this does not happen often and will be avoided at all costs.
