Kananaskis / Highwood Pass Areas

Nice scrambles here include Mt. Rae, Mt. Tyrwhitt, Opal Ridge South, and Mt. Indefatigable. This area is one of my favorites for a sense of remoteness and the type of scrambles that you like to do more than once. Prairie Mountain is a favorite one to take people on as an introduction to scrambling.

Newly added for 2008 so far is Wasootch Peak and Mount Burke.
