Hey guys! One of the worst things you can ask me to do is describe myself. I would rather hold a conversation with you and let you be the judge of who I really am. Hint Hint-feel free to talk to me. I don't bite! I'll try my best to describe myself. I love reading, I'm a Camus fan. I'm known to be very random and full of energy. I will probably be the one you catch dancing in the hallways. My friends say I'm always off in my own world. I'm not sure what they mean by that. I'm also known for being a party girl. I can't wait to meet everyone in September. Enjoy the rest of your Summer.

If there was one resounding motif permeating this prodigious youth's life, it
would be that of decadence--decadence of spending habits, modes of dress,
manners of speak, and morals. Well not really...I'm just happy to be going to
Chicago, "hog butcher to the world." On a side note, I may be one of the few
people who knows that fellow first-year Peter Bartoczek is an insanely good
debater. Ok, that's enough. (the picture came from something else, but I
couldn't resist)

I am the last knight of the hexagon table. The world is my oyster and my pint of Ben & Jerry's. I believe in random acts. I swordfight and recite Shakespeare, sometimes simultaneously. I call everybody by endearments. I am an artist in every regard. I want to travel the world twice over as a vagabond and a tale-teller, and when I'm thirty I will build a small castle somewhere in Scotland, and run a tavern that stays open till dawn and closes at whim. I sleep in the buff. I despise wearing shoes. Words are my namesake and my comfort, and music is my great admiration. I talk in my sleep, and sing in the shower, and I'm coming to Chicago to dance down the wind.

Well I'm many things: a classic computer geek, a problem solver, and a mathematician, among others. When I get into something, I usually fight it through. I never surrender! As far as my ethnicity and culture, I'm half Thai and Chinese (the last name is Thai). I enjoying fusing my Eastern heritage with Western society. Live long and prosper.

A bit about myself.... I'm from Texas, but I'm definitely not a
hick(North Texas is surprisingly modernized). I'm into reading, music,
computers, discussions... really just about anything. Music, I like
almost everything, though Jazz and older rock mostly(the Beatles are
great stuff). Can't wait to start in September, but right now its hard
enough to find stuff to do in the suburbs when all my friends are in
town and soon everyone will be gone, maybe I'll just work a lot and save
up money(which will be in short supply). Oh yeah, the picture of me, is
from like 10th grade, so suffice to say I look a little older now(but
basically the same).

I'm working too, but lately I've done an unusual amount of partying!  I'm trying to read some new books too so my brain doesn't deteriorate too much. So far I've read Lord of the Flies and Slaughter House Five . Oh yeah, anyone planning on doing crew?? I'm attempting to get in shape...unfortunately I've been a lazy bum for the past 5 months and it's hard to get started. I've never rowed before so I really have no idea what I'm getting myself into.
