I am a BIG fan of KMFDM. They are the epitome of industrial rock in my opinion. They mix heavy guitars with cool and often weird synthesizer sounds... and they mix them perfectly! Each song seem even catchier than the last. I always have KMFDM songs stuck in my head cuz each song is very definitive and unique and sticks to your mind like glue. I didn't always like KMFDM as much as I do now, but I discovered if I listen to any of their songs a few times over, I start to love it.
This album seems to be KMFDM's most aggressive sounding album that I've heard. Each song appears to have some sort of purpose that it tries to nail into your head. The music is fast and furious. The lyrics all seem to center around anger, rebellion, and being your own person. It's amazing that KMFDM is able to make each song sound so different from each other while maintaining momentum from song to song to song.
Every song on this album is a hit. Get this CD now! It's a good way to unwind from a bad day at work or school. Stick Nihil into the ol' stereo and pump up the volume (and maybe get a couple tylenol ready)!
