       8. Call for the Regularization of Meetings of Executive and other College-wide Committees.
In order for the Executive and College-wide Committees to be responsive to the needs of the faculty, personnel and the students, the Executive and the different College-wide Committees must therefore set a regular schedule of meetings. The need for an immediate and appropriate response to the different issues and concerns that arise in our campus must be recognized.

       9. Implement Sining Para sa Masa (SIPASAMA).
The arts constitute a major role in defining our cultural heritage as Filipinos. To ensure the preservation of such heritage, we must therefore make sure that the arts be shared to the communities. We believe that the students have the key role in the promotion of a truly Filipino culture.

       10. Hold Lambigit (Basic Mass Integration).
Learning does not only take place within the bounds of the classroom. The students, who shall soon be responsible for the social development of the nation, should have first-hand experiences of the plight of the Filipino people. The struggles of the often-marginalized sectors of the community should not be taken for granted.

       11. Implement the Alternative Classroom Learning Experience (ACLE).
Learning should not be limited to the subjects we are taking. NKE aims to provide organizations the opportunity to hold alternative classroom lectures and seminars on topics they deem as pertinent. The ACLE will be a venue for intellectual discussions and debates among students.
