Personal History: Theodora was adopted as an infant in Victoria. After her father's death when she was twelve, she spent more time staying with her uncle and brother than with her mother, who remained in Victoria until her death in 1998. Theodora entered a prestigious cooking school when she was 18 and quickly rose through the ranks and the quality restaurants. She is considering moving back to Victoria to take over the job of chef at Bridges in Avalon, of which she is a part owner with her Uncle George and brother Burke.
