Team Rosters |
After the disbanding of X-Factor, and the return of the founding X-Men to the mansion, Professor
Charles Xavier found he had over 14 fully trained adult mutants in his X-Men.
To better organise them, he formed split them into two well balanced teams, under the leadership of both Cyclops and Storm.
Although the X-Men spend the majority of their time "working" with their designated team mates the structure is not inflexible.
Often certain missions call for certains skills and techniques and it's then when Cyclops and Storm make alternative team decisions.

The reserves are mutants who, despite not being full X-Men, have enough experience to be utilised in missions should they be needed. Typically these are
the older students of the Institute.
