Following is a re-production of the schools official "Rules and Regulations":

The student and the school have herein set out a complete description of services the School is to furnish for which the student is to pay. Such description as to classes and hours, conduct and schedules, may be augmented at any time by bulletins and other notices furnished to the student by the School.

  1. The student agrees to attend classes regularly as scheduled by the enrollment agreement and as may appear on all such bulletins and notices; to prepare all lessons and perform all duties incident thereto and to abide by all the rules of the School as may now exist, or as may be changed or come into existence from time to time.

  2. The School reserves the right to make class assignments and to reschedule assignments if and when necessary. Each student shall be expected to attend all assigned classes.

  3. In case of absence, it is the responsibility of the student to inform his or her teacher of the reason for absence immediately upon returning to class. Students are responsible for all work or hours missed.

  5. Students are responsible for keeping their work stations clean and orderly. Consideration is to be shown at all times for instructional material and school property. Lockers rooms are to be kept clean.

  6. Services cannot be performed on each other without the teacher's approval. Only the equipment bag issued to you at the time you begin classes is permitted in the classroom or the clinic floor. All other property must be kept in your locker.

  7. Your personal appearance reflects your thinking. All students must be in the required white uniform, white shoes and name tag. Blouses, shirts, sweaters, etc. are not permitted to be worn under the uniform. If a sweater is necessary, it must be a white sweater worn over the uniform. If you are not in proper uniform, the teacher will give you a 1-day warning. If the correction is not made, you will be sent home immediately. Your hair must be conservatively styled and your nails well manicured.

  8. Telephone messages, except for emergencies, are not permitted while in school.

  9. Gum chewing, smoking, beverages, or food are not permitted while in school.

  10. Day students must report for school at 9:00 am. Any student arriving after 9:10 am will not be permitted to enter the class until 10:00 am. Night students must be punched in by 5:00 pm.

  11. Any student who receives an early dismissal, suspension, or expulsion notice, must leave the school immediately.

  12. At no time is any student permitted out of the school for any reason.
