The
Swiss Whale Society offers the rare opportunity to participate in the research
on marine mammals in their natural environment. These excursions are open
to the public and they are an important part of our effort to disperse
the knowledge and the appreciation of marine mammals in the public. Those
excursions take place in the Gulf of St. Lawrence (Quebec, Canada) with
the collaboration of the local municipality and the "Croisières
du grand héron inc.". For two weeks you will live a unique experience
with a biologist (Dany Zbinden) who has been studing various aspects of
the biology of whales in that area for many years.
