Issues affecting immigration to your country
Most countries regulate the entry of foreign workers. In my case it should be easy to get the needed permits, since the existing requirements mostly ask for skills, English language profficiency, and a contract.

Contract issues
I'm looking for a long-lasting commitment to an institution I can grow with.
Besides salary considerations, I expect we will be able to build formulas that see the convenience of further training, and such measures as can assure a deeper sense of belonging.
Seeing that it is not easy to decide on such matters before we have had the chance to know each other, I do not ask now for a long-term contract, but I expect something on those lines will be worked out in the future.
Coming from quite far, I will require reimbursement of travel/relocation expenses
