Okay, this is probably not the best time to be writing these tutorials. I haven't seen the show in a while, which means I'm not particularly excited about it at the moment....ano, I'll just shut up and write this thing.
Sage first. He's my favorite...I think. Hell, I can't even remember. But I like his hair best, so that's my excuse, at least.
General Notes:
- The animation style of Ronin Warriors is reminiscent of the anime of the late 1970's and early 1980's. You know what I mean...chubbier faces, rounder eyes, funky hair without hilites, really *nasty* color combinations (Poor Sekhmet...what were they thinking?!?).
- There's nothing particularly difficult about drawing characters from RW, except that if you draw them exactly as they are on the show, it can get a little boring. Here's where you can make up for that! Exercise your creativity with these guys. Use your style to draw them, and have fun! Look around at some sites, especially doujinshi sites or sites with artbook scans. There are some pictures that turned two-dimensional characters into beautiful works of art! Go for it!
