OSI/EIC SOROS Foundation – partnership in prevention of HIV infection among injection drug users through Harm Reduction Program – exchange of needles and squirts. Training the staff of Youth Center for Prevention and Rehabilitation “DINA”, support of their participation in national, regional and international workshops and conferences related to drug use harm reduction, treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts and HIV/AIDS infected people. Advocacy of the rights and interests of vulnerable layers of society, information distribution among residents about drug addiction and risks of being HIV/AIDS infected.

AFEW/AIDS East-West Foundation – partnership in prevention of HIV and ITG among sex employees through providing access for target groups to the information about protection of HIV and ITG.

Social Development Center “Accord” – partnership in prevention of drug addiction and HIV among disorganized youth and teenagers through training of teachers of senior classes in secondary schools, realization of the Program “Street Business Tools” for disorganized teenagers with the purpose of supporting the families of labor migrants.

DDRP/Drug Demand Reduction Program – drug demand reduction among drug users, sex employees and HIV/AIDS infected people through foundation of the House of Trust

Public Health Administration of Sughd Region Government – establishment of united system of institutions working on medical and social support to the vulnerable layers of society. Protection of rights and interests of drug users, sex employees and HIV-infected people. Management of Agency for Drug Control in Sughd Region – prevention of drug use among the youth of Khujand city and undertaking the actions of city and region scope, conducting workshops with representatives of law enforcement agencies.

Sughd Regional AIDS Center – prevention of HIV infection, protection of the rights and interests of HIV/AIDS infected people.

CSSC/Civil Society Support Center in Khujand city – establishment of civic institutions for providing legal and social assistance to population through training of YCPR “DINA” personnel.

PSI/Population Service International – educational program among drug users, sex employees, teenagers on prevention of HIV infection through distribution of “Favorite” contraceptives, organization and conducting of specialized seminars and support of activity of the experts involved in the sphere of treatment and rehabilitation. Program of preparing drug addicts to the treatment among heroin/opiate users – establishment of social service and consulting support to drug addicts.

OSCE/Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe/Khujand Field Office – Prevention of crime, proliferation of drugs and HIV through conducting educational workshops, round tables and city activities.

IC “Pharmacies San Frontiers”/IC “Pharmacists without Boundaries” – humanitarian proliferation of medicines to vulnerable layers of society though distribution of medicines to the customers and patients of YCPR “DINA” in Consulting, Rehabilitation and Dropping Centers: drug users, sex employees, HIV/AIDS infected people, drug addicts, poor youth, students from other towns and districts.

Mercy Corps Tajikistan – establishment of training class for the patients of Rehabilitation Center and issue of information bulletin for the youth

UNODC/UN Office for Drugs and Crime in Central Asia – creation of united system of narcological aid, improvement of the quality of multiline and specialized services provided to population with respect to the issues of medicines treatment, out-patient and social rehabilitation of drug addicts, increase of the level of professional skills of specialists: experts in narcology, psychologists, psychotherapists, consultants for drug addiction and social personnel. Providing technical and resource support in equipping Rehabilitation Center and narcological clinics with modern equipment and inventory to arrange standard social conditions and provide access to narcological aid for population.

UNDP Tajikistan – support of activity directed towards well-informing of population on the issues of drug addiction, risk of HIV/AIDS infection. Arrangement of series of social music video clips with participation of pop stars and bands.
