Consular Mission
Welcome to the Consular Mission section of the Yemen Embassy website. This section is dedicated to ease the processing of Visas and passports and making visa application form
available online for the Internet Community.
Services provide by the Consular section:
Issuing visa
Passport Renewal
Business Visa
1. A visa application form , a valid passport and two photographs.
2. An original cover letter from a registered company or firm based in Japan indicating the name of the Yemeni company, the nature of the applicant's visit, the length of stay. The letter must bear the company's stamp or seal.
3. 3000 Yen visa fee plus 2000 Yen application fee.
4. Non-Japanese citizens must provide a proof of residence (Align registration card).
Transit Visa
1. A visa application form , two photographs, and a valid passport.
2. A confirmed to final destination.
3. A valid visa for the next destination.
4. 3000 Yen visa fee plus 2000 Yen application fee.
Tourist Visa
1. A visa application form , a valid passport and two photographs.
2. 3000 Yen visa fee plus 2000 Yen application fee.
3. Non-Japanese citizens must provide a proof of residence (Align regestration card).
Diplomatic and Official Visa
1. A visa application form , two photographs, and a valid official or diplomatic passport.
2. A letter from the concerned institution
3. Diplomatic and Official visas are gratis.
Note: A self-addressed stamped envelope (Priority / Express mail) if documents are to be mailed back.
