Cherry Hill was intended to be a scenic turn-around for carriages, a place to admire the surrounding cherry trees in springtime bloom and take in the lakeside view. From the rise of Cherry Hill, you can see across the Lake to the park’s landscape and the apartment buildings of the Upper West Side. The area is similar but smaller in size to the famous Bethesda Fountain and Terrace nearby.
The ceremony will be performed by Rev. Gary Rozman, who is also an expert on Central Park. The first reading will be given by Adrianna's cousin, Erin Diaz. The second reading will be given by Chris' uncle, Phil Stillwell.
Cherry Hill is located mid-park at 72nd Street.
To be guided into the park, meet at the corner of West 72nd Street and Central Park at 11:30 a.m. If we should be expecting you, please let us know.
