There are so many beauty tips for transgendered girls available on the internet that I have decided to list some of the best sites and supplement their information with what I have learned. Like you really need that! I also intend to include information on other important areas of crossdressing; such as, Bra fitting, Cleavage, shopping and more. In addition to trying the tips on other sites or here, try going to a professional who caters to transgendered women. You will save allot of time and money, by being able to select the right products for your skin and knowing how to do it properly. Going more than once could really help. You should be able to get the makeover for about $50-70. Another option is to work with your wife or lady friend. This can be quite rewarding.

How Bobbi Does It

transgendered beauty
Look this good - no kidding!

Cleansing the Face
Before or after shaving use a product like Neutrogena original bar or Oil of Olay Foaming cleanser. Clean hands are best when using these cleansers. Wet the face first, then foam the soap in your palms. Massage into your face in a circular and sort of needing motion from the center out. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Doing this before shaving helps soften the beard . This should also be part of a daily routine to develop and maintain good looking skin. Bacteria is the main reason we have skin problems. After all, painting over rust leaves a rather unattractive appearance regardless of how good the paint is. To more deeply clean the face use an astringent like witch hazel. Additionally, after wearing makeup use a makeup remover like Almay eye makeup remover or Christian Dior Eye and Face makeup remover for around the eyes first. I find non-alcohol baby wipes save time removing the largest part of your makeup. Follow-up with a thorough washing as above. Pat dry leaving some moisture, because this will aid in the moisturizing process later. Never go to bed with makeup on. Another part of preparing the face is exfoliating for removing dead skin. You don't need to do this every day. Choose from manual, scrubs or chemical methods. Chemical methods like Ponds Age Defying Face cream, won't over exfoliate or scratch the skin, but be careful not to overuse. Do this as part of a night ritual, but not before a going out. You probably will not have to do this more than twice or 3 times per month.

Moisturizing

Always after cleansing. I use Oil of Olay Original Beauty Fluid. Do this to complete your night ritual or if you are going out, right after you shave. Apply lightly in either case. Moisturizing after shaving helps foundation from being absorbed into dry skin and giving that caked look. Allow the moisturizer about 15 minutes to absorb before applying makeup.

Preparing the face is always first. From here I prefer to do the foundation, blush, eyes, lashes, brows, blush again and finally the lips. Many prefer to start with the eyes but do apply foundation down to the eye area first.
