This Indenture Made This Twenty Sixt Day of February the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Nine Between Peter Brown of the County of Prince Edward of the one Part and John Bradshaw of the County of Amelia of the other Part Witnefseth That The said Peter Brown For and In Consideration of the sum of Forty Pounds Current money of Virginia To  him In Hand paid By the said John Bradshaw the Receipt Whereof the said Peter Brown do hereby Acknowledge he the said Peter Brown hath granted Bargained and Sold aliened and Confirm and By these Presents Doth Grant Bargain and Sell alien and Confirm unto the Said John Bradshaw his heirs and afsigns for Ever all that Mefsuage and all that Piece or Parcel of Land Contain One Hundred and Thirty Three Acres Situate Lying and Being the County of Prince Edward on the Lower Sandy River and is Bounded as followeth to (Wit) Beginning at Corner Black Gum in Damean Blues Line Thence along the Said Line to a Corner Pine in Joseph Ligon Line to the fork of the Spring Branch thence up the said Branch as it manders To a Corner Poppleler Thence Runin a Stright Line a East Corse To Damean Blues line for his Complement and is that Part which was Granted to the said Peter Brown By a Deed from his Father Danial Brown and ... all trees woods under Woods To the Commons Common of Pastures and Profits ........ Advantages Hereditaments Ways Waters and appurtenances whatsoever to the Said mefsuages Reversions Remainder and Remainders Ranks and Services of the said premises and of Every Part thereof and all the Estate Rights title interest Claims and Demand whatsoever of him the said Peter Brown of in and To the said Mefsuage and Premises and Every part thereof To Have and To Hold  the said Mefsuages or Tenements and all and Singular The Premises above Mentioned and Every part and Parcel there of with the appurtenances unto the said John Bradshaw his heirs and afsigns to the only proper ufe and Behoof of the said John Bradshaw his heirs and afsigns for Ever and the said Peter Brown for him and his heirs the said mefsuages or Tenements and Premises and Every Part thereof against him and his heirs and against all and Ever other person and Persons Whatsoever To the said John Bradshaw his and afsigns Shall and will Warrant and for Ever Defend By these presents in Witnefs whereof I have unto set my hand and Seal the Day and year above Written
