Be
it Knowne unto all men by these presents that we Edward Williams
with the consent of my Wife, Temperance, for a valuable
consideracon have sold unto William Fisher one ( ) acres of land
will all ediffices cleare ground & ( ) now in the tenure of
the sd. Edward Williams being ( ) of Three hundred forty five
acres of Land ( ) in the name of John Bradshawe scituate ( ) in
Northumberland. To have & to hold the sd. One ( )
hundred acres of land with the ediffices unto the sd. William
Fisher his heires Exrs. Admrs & assignes for ever and said
Edward Williams with the consent of his Wife, Temperance
Williams, doth covenant with Wm. Fisher his heirs to defend
harmless from all persons that shall lay claime thereto:
In Witness whereof said Edward Williams and sd. Temperance have
hereunto set their hands & seales the 17th of January 1656 |
