are held and firmly bound unto HENRY LEE, Efquire, Go- vernor,
or Chief Magiftrate of the State of Virginia, in the fum of FIFTY POUNDS,
current Money, to which Payment well and truly to be made to the faid HENRY LEE,
or his Succeffors, we bind ourfelves, and each of us, our, and each of our Heirs,

Obligation is fuch, that whereas there is a Marriage fhortly intended to be had and
