Wednesday, March 18, 1891

I went down to Tripps a little dance. Miss Nellie Bragden was

there and I took her to supper. I had not saw her for four

years she wants me to come see her don't know whether I will

or not.

Friday, March 20, 1891

I went down to Fraleys and came back as far as Hurts and

stayed all night saw Lizzie had not saw her since last Aug.

We sat up until 12 o'clock talking over old times etc.. I always

have a good time with Lizzie.

Thursday, April 02, 1891

I went down to Cap Harts to a bee. Nellie Brogden was

doing his cooking for him. so I stayed in the house and

helped her. I like her better every time I see her. I hear she is

a bad girl but I don't believe it. I will find out the first time I get

a chance.

Friday, May 08, 1891

Lizzie Hurt came up here and spent the day. It was the first

time that she has been here in eight months. We wend down

and visited the school in the afternoon. She asked me to

come down Sunday and Ralph to. We went down on

Saturday in the afternoon. Went over to see Martin. We

came back to Hurts and stayed all night. Sunday morning

May 10 her and Ralph went walking and left me there alone. I

got mad and went home. So it ends with Lizzie and me

again. In the afternoon I went over to Kerricks. In the evening

Annie and I took a walk down to the Bridge. This is the first

time that I ever went out alone with her.
