That said deceased died seized and possessed of two Wagons and one yoke of oxen one horse and one old sulky. household and kitchen furniture & c that said deceased owned no land at the time of his death that the Estate of said deceased is in a wasting condition that there are no debts of any consequence against said Estate that said slave and other perishable property of said Estate cannot be fairly equally and beneficially divided without a sale thereof your petitioner prays your Honor to grant him an order of sale to sell the said property of said Estate for the purpose of more fair equal and beneficial division thereof among the Heirs and distributees of the Estate of said deasd. and that the same be sold on a credit of Twelve month. your petitioner would further represent that in as much as one of said negro Woman is Valueless and in fact a charge upon the estate of decendent and that the other negro waman is advanced in life and of no great value that it would be to the interest of intestates Estate to sell both of said negro woman together and as in duty bound.
