This line needs a lot of work. All of the above pre 1740 information was received from various researchers. All agreed that this line is correct from William b. 1740 forward, but none could say definitively that William b. 1740 was the son of Isaac, although they all agreed that Isaac was the grandson of John born c1660. After reading all the research I received, which included much from "Alabama Records", census data, and a privately published genealogy of 8 generations of Willingham, I had to agree that although it seems likely this line is shown correctly, it is NOT proven.
