Healing Affirmation

I am placing (your loved one's name)

in the arms of an angel for healing and love.

I am sending the gifts of abundance, safety and joy

on the wings of an angel from heaven above.

This angel's name is Maia. She is a healing angel. I was given a vision of this angel in a dream along with the affirmation . When I awoke, I knew that I was supposed to paint this angel in water color and place a snapshot under her hands. I would than say the affirmation for the person in the picture and that person would receive healing from Maia. The day I painted the angel, I had the flu and a fever of 102 degrees.It came out perfect anyway. If that's not divine intervention, I don't know what is! I placed a snapshot of my mother under the angel's hands (I cut out around her hands and a portion of the sleeves with an Exacto knife). Every time I passed the painting, I said the affirmation for Mother. The next day I received a call from Mother. She told me that she had a very bad fall the day before (the day I did the painting) but today she felt amazingly much better! She was bruised but there was no pain or soreness. Even though she was not aware of the angel, Maia helped Mother to heal.

After that, I changed the picture occasionally and put one of my friends pictures in Maia's hands. I would say the affirmation often. My friend would always report feeling much better. Colds, sore throats and the pain of arthritis disappeared!

Christmas Dream

Three years ago, on Christmas eve, I received a gift in the form of a dream. In this dream, a guide showed me a painting of a tree of life on a wall. He asked me to place my right hand on the right side of the tree and to place my left hand on the left side of the tree. He then proceeded to tell me that the right hand heals the body, or the physical aspect. The left hand heals the astral or the non-physical aspect of the soul.

Before the Christmas Dream, I used to send Reiki long distance with my right hand while I drove. After the dream, I realized how important it is to heal the source of the physical ailment. Any ailment starts not on the physical plane, but on the astral and is carried by the soul sometimes from life time to life time. Using the right hand helps to relieve some of the suffering that can be experienced. Using the left hand to do an energy treatment helps to loosen and some times remove the cause of the physical ailment. The ailment is removed only if and when the soul is ready to release it. Both hands are important.

The person treated goes through a cleansing period after each treatment. Much of the cause can be released. Unfortunately our egos can get in the way of a healing. Disbelief can nullify a treatment. Living with an ailment can become a habit. The cleansing period can become a healing crises. Often one will experience emotions that have been denied and remember events that one would sooner remain forgotten. However if allowed to feel the emotions and work through the memories, one can at least remove a layer of the cause of the ailment. When a miracle happens, the soul is ready to release the cause and needs only the help of the energy transferred to it by treatment, prayer, affirmations, or other methods to let go. I find that in my case it's like peeling an onion. The cause is removed a layer at a time. I will think I am done with a certain problem, only to find at a later date that it comes back again, but at a deeper level, a level I was not capable of cleansing before.
