How You Can Use the Picture

and /or Affirmation for Healing

Instructions

Simply print out the picture. If you don't have a printer, Down load the picture (right click on the picture and save as picture) and copy it to disk. Take the disk to your favorite copy shop and have it printed. Take it home and cut out the picture. Then cut out around Maia's hands and sleeves starting up at the bend of the elbow around the top of the sleeve and the hand continuing around the bottom of the sleeve. A sharp Exacto knife works best. Do both arms. Then find a picture of a friend or loved one (or Yourself!) and place the picture under Maia's hands, but on top of her dress. Place the picture in a frame, tack to a bulletin board or lay it where you will see it. Say a little prayer to God for healing for your friend. Remember God is Maia's boss. He sends her to those who need healing when requested. Say the affirmation every time you pass the picture. The affirmation alone works also. You can say it for your loved one (or Yourself) when ever you want, like while driving and sitting at red lights; during commercials while watching TV, etc.

Visualize--Use Your Imagination!

Use your imagination. Pretend (visualize) that you are sitting in the arms of an angel--Maia is a good choice, but you may imagine your favorite angel if you wish. Say a small prayer for healing and relax. Imagine that energy from the angel is flowing through you, healing you. Say the affirmation while you do this using it as a mantra.

Pretend that you are sitting in the angel's lap. Place your hands on someone who feels ill, your sick child or friend, yourself. Imagine that Maia places her hands over yours and sends healing energy through them to your child or friend, or through your own body. God is the originator of the energy. The angel is the conduit that carries the energy. You are the transformer. Your child is plugged into you and receives the energy. The energy is intelligent and knows where to go and what to do. It also helps if you fill your mind with thoughts of wellness. Say affirmations; have the sick person say the affirmations also ,if possible, and think about what it feels like to be well. Banish negative thoughts while the energy flows through you. With practice you will find that this process becomes easier.

Pretend that all your troubles are wrapped up in a bag. Give it to the angel and watch her fill it with light, bringing understanding of the troubles to you. When you understand, you will know what to do.
