Tom's Poetry

Here are some poems I've written at various times. They aren't in any particular order. Please look through them in whatever way you desire. Some of them are inspired by events in my life, some aren't. The ones that are were written by me taking the event to some kind of extreme to see what happened there. I'd just like to suggest that we join Roland Barthes in theorising "The Death of the Author", so that you don't think that these poems are about me. Please don't mistake the poem for the poet. Anything you find in these words is likely to be what you as the reader bring to them. Of course I could just be saying that to prevent embarrasment.

These poems are rated PU, for People who Understand them. Of course they could also be rated POO, which is more self explanatory.
