The new millennium will see a revoluntary shift in paradigm in the way we sharpen our business skills to stay competitive as the rate of change escalates with each passing day. We all need to acquire new insights into how to work smarter instead of just harder.

Networking will be the buzzword in the coming years. It is insufficient to just attend a seminar or two during the year amidst your hectic working schedule. It will become increasingly crucial for you to be in a network of like-minded executives so you can keep current of the rapidly changing business environment.

A great deal of the knowledge that is picked up by executives attending the traditional seminars is lost because there is seldom sustained follow-up interaction once the seminar is over. Change does not readily occur without periodic external stimulus.

It was previously not feasible for us to do follow-up with participants. The Internet and email has suddenly changed the whole paradigm of how executives can have the best of both worlds. We hope that you will take a few minutes and check out our Cyber Workshops. You get to get personalised attention via email as well as enjoy the learning dynamics of group participation via our weekly moderated mailing list which will be emailed to you.

Don't forget that you are entitled to automatically become a member of our "Working SMART" Alumni. You will be emailed our free monthly issue of "Working SMART" Newsletter and are encouraged to post questions and build rapport with present and past participants via your Alumni's mailing list.

Everyone has different training needs depending on their backgrounds and career demands. We have thus very carefully designed our programmes into modules which are independent of each other so as to enable participants to enroll for whichever module or combination of modules that best suit their particular needs.

Each course has 4 modules, each lasting 2 weeks. Investment per module is $75. Course materials will be posted to you upon receipt of your workshop fee. You will also be emailed a notification by the Workshop Leader welcoming you to the module and given any other instructions pertinent to your active participation.

Modules start every 1st and 15th of the month. Groups are kept small to encourage maximum participation by everyone. If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to drop me a line at margaret@theoffice.net
