After every work out I get very tired, and often have no time to recover. What should I do?

Response from Go For Fit:
If this is so review your work out plan, continue exercising but maybe consider the amount of exercise you do!

For example, if you jog for 2 hours, maybe you should tone it down to 1 hour 30 mins. Sometimes a tiny little tweak in your fitness routine can be just right for you.
