Skyline: An orange sun appears and turns into a Jack-O-Lantern.

Plot: It's Halloween again in Seattle, and Bulldog has played another practical joke on Frasier by switching Frasier's car for a wreck that once looked identical to Frasier's car! Frasier is naturally furious and vows his revenge.

However Frasier isn't the king of practical jokes and after coming up with a psychological plan involving a red balloon, his eventual idea of actors playing zombies to scare Bulldog is scorned upon by Martin and Roz, who have been recruited to help. Frasier dismisses them, saying he doesn't need them, he can manage all by himself.

On November 4^th, it is time for the big prank, and Martin and Roz come to watch. Bulldog enters the storage room, sees the zombies and freaks out, like Frasier planed. However Bulldog pulls out a gun and shoots them! Frasier tries to call an ambulance, until Roz tells him that Bulldog found about his prank and has played another one on him. The zombie was just acting - the gun was fake. But Frasier has another little trick up his sleeve.....

Meanwhile Mrs Moon has a prank war all of her own, against Jason White, a young boy who lives in the Montana. The pranks go on and on until Niles and Daphne, and Jason's parents, find out.....
