More is Better
You can never have too many friends, and you'll probably never find another place as friendly as Hedo, but it's definitely not the place for loners. It's a place to have fun...the more people, the more fun. It's as simple as that. There are usually more couples than singles at Hedo, although single women seem to have no difficulty finding ways to enjoy themselves! Single guys...forget it! Hedo has a reputation for wild and open displays of sexuality, and while this can be true at certain times of the year such as when the lifestyle groups from all over the world frolic at Hedo, for the most part it's filled with fun-loving people from all walks of life who just want to relax in a carefree, adult environment where just about "anything goes".

Planning your trip with another couple (or more) can be a bonus...assuming you all have "similar" interests and no reservations about getting naked together! Hedo is definitely the place where close friends can become even closer! If, however, you find yourselves without travelling partners we strongly recommend that you have a look at
Denny's Hedonism II Visitors Schedule. This list was a great help to us in finding others who were travelling to Hedo the same time we were. On Denny's list you'll find out who's going, when they're going, how long they're staying, and their email addresses.

From your very first contact you'll be well on your way to "collecting" your very own group of "Hedo Friends". Our group was pretty diverse, being made up of Hedo first-timers like ourselves...some who were returning for their second or third trip...and Hedo veterans who insist on returning to Hedo year after year! We spent months chatting on-line with our new friends while waiting for our departure date to arrive. By the time we left for Hedo, we felt we had known these people all our lives. When we finally arrived, it was like a reunion! More about that later.
Getting There
The long-awaited departure day finally arrived. We had a long journey ahead of us, but we eagerly headed out for our trip to paradise. Getting to Hedo is not just a trip around the corner for us. Living in eastern Canada we would be flying to Toronto for an overnight stay and then on to Montego Bay the next morning. As it turned out, our trip was a very pleasant and enjoyable one thanks to the great folks at Air Canada.
Air Canada
Before booking our trip we had done some considerable shopping around for the best deal and finally we settled on Air Canada Vacations. We could not have been in better hands. Air Canada Vacations was always present to handle any potential problems or questions prior to departure from Toronto, and when we arrived in Montego Bay, an Air Canada Vacations representative was there to greet us.
We later found a complimentary basket of goodies in our room at Hedo, accompanied by a greeting card inviting us to contact the representative if we had any concerns during our stay...a nice touch.
When we deplaned at Sanger International, MoBay, we were met with a blast of Jamaican heat that signalled a great week ahead. Our Air Canada Vacations representative wisked us off to a waiting minibus which took us to an adjoining airfield and Air Negril. Shortly after, we were skimming the beautiful Jamaican landscape, and 15 minutes later we were in Negril. A few more minutes by taxi
Air Canada
and we were standing at Hedo's front entrance. We knew we were going to love this place when we were met with the "official" Jamaican greeting of a big smile, an outstretched hand, and a "Welcome Home".
