If you love to eat, you won't be disappointed at Hedo. We've read that from time to time, people have had complaints about the food & service at Hedo. Well we can't speak for those people, but we can tell you that during our stay at Hedo we could not have been more pleased with the food & the service. We found the variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, salads, & tropical juices to be almost intoxicating, & the hot meals were always delicious & done to perfection. Meals are served in the open-air dining/entertainment area. Breakfast is from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Lunch from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Dinner from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm Midnight snacks from 12:00 am to 1:00 am.
		For dinner you can opt for Pastafari, Hedo's Jamaican-style Italian Restaurant. Dinner is served at the restaurant from 6:30 pm to 1:00 am. Reservations are necessary & can be made at the front desk. Whatever else you may miss out on at Hedo, don't miss out on Pastafari. We ate there twice & we can't wait to get back.
For all you beach slugs out there, there are 2 beach grills...located on the main (prude) beach & on the nude beach by the nude pool (Robert's Grill).
Both grills are open from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. Make sure you try Robert's jerk chicken. If you like it, you might want to pick up some Jamaican jerk sauce & spice at the resort shop & try your hand at making jerk chicken back home. But be forewarned...it won't measure up to Robert's!
Drink Drink Drink
If you love to drink, Hedo is the place for you. The resort has 5 bars stocked with premium brand liquor. If you're a beer drinker, you'd better like Red Stripe (or develop a taste for it)...it's the only brand they serve.
The Main Bar in the dining/entertainment area is open from 10:00 am to 1:00 am. The Prude Beach Bar is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Nude Pool Bar (Delroy's) is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Piano Bar (Veronica's) is open from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, and the Disco Bar is open from 11:00 pm to 5:00 am or until the last guest leaves.
There is a small self-serve bar by the nude hot tub, for soft drinks only. If you want liquor in the hot tub after midnight, get it from one of the other bars. For large quantities, go to the main bar before midnight...the disco bar will only serve you one drink at a time.
Remember those large thermal mugs we mentioned earlier? They're worth their weight in gold for those late night visits to the hot tub. Once the fun starts, you won't want to leave!
