Tami and I went to the Old Tyme
Photo shop, I lived over top of on Main street in Durango...
It was taken by Wolly Wiff an old friend in 1983 he died about a year later in Silverton while living with his son Tom, who also has a Photo shop there....
In 1997 I helped Tami who I have known since 1982 load up a U-Haul and she moved to Ft Worth Texas.. She met a guy who drives an 18 Wheeler, they got married in Las Vegas, she is now Tami Shepard, in the meantime Tami took the test without taking classs for a CDL (Commercial Drivers License and she passed.. Her and her husband was team driving all over the country. Tami has been doing odd jobs like driving school busses and hauling rocks in 18 wheelers, she is now taking care of her animals... I wish them good luck....John

| Schatzie Mathews and I had this taken in front of my place by my son Chris in 1994.. Schatzie Mathews now (Norris) came up from San Antonio for a visit... We have had some good times together
over the years...
I always enjoy her visits, we are more like brother and sister, we confide in one another with out deepest thoughts....

This is Sharline, she wanted
to be a model and I gave her a portfolio to get started... in 1982 we were best of frinds untill she had to go back to South Dakota to be with here family... I've tried to get in touch with her to see how she was doing but no one knew where she was.
I call her my angel, because she has vanished into thin air...

| This is Julie who is another friend that has stuck with me through thick and thin.... This photo was taken around 1982 at my appartment..We went together for 18 months and had a lot of good times together....
Julie is a workaholic as I can say the same for most of the woman in my life... They just seen to keep going and going and going.... I can not understand what they see in me, because I am more of a laid back guy....

This is Debbie Havran (left)and Kris (right)
I met Debbie in the early 80's when she worked at Sundownder's in Durango..(it's gone now there is now a Hampton Inn there).. We lost touch with each other untill about 5 years ago when E-mailing in a local BBS... She is now working as a dispatcher at the Cortez Police Dept. Also is a singer with a band and works part time at a radio station, We now keep in touch frequently through CompuServe's U.S. Travel forum at where she is also a SYSOP for the Colorado/Utah/Nevada foum... Debbie Love you... John I also met Kris on the Colorado Forum, when she was running the Miners Tavern at the Silverton American Legion, I went up there on the 4th of July 1998 and met a lot of nice folks...
