DI BIASE
Mike Di Biase
grandchalet@sympatico.ca
My name is Mike DiBiase, son of Antonio DiBiase, both of my parents come from the town of Lettomanoppello. I think we are very strong in our heritage because of my family's strict ways of cooking habits and traditional foods.

My father has always had a big interest in the traditional foods of Abruzzo, which are Porchetta and Rosticchini or also know as "Spiducci" Since his time in Toronto he has provided these foods to his friends and clients.

He has been selling this product for over 15 years and is the first person to provide "Spiducci" to the public. Now it has become so popular that you will find other butchers or stores selling this product as well.

But the one thing these other places miss is the heritage, Spiducci's originated from Abruzzo and only in some certain areas in Abruzzo, such as my fathers hometown, Lu Lette, and every since we have been providing this service to are customers we have always perfected to make it the traditional way, which everyone loves and appreciates.

Anyhow, we sell lots of Spiducci and we are the only Restaurant in Toronto that provides them over the counter.  I don't know if I'm allowed to mention the name of our business, but we are located in Milton, and the name of our place is called The Grand Chalet Restaurant & Banquet Halls.
