Engine Rebuild
     Removed engine
     Disassembled engine
     Had all appropriate parts inspected and tagged for service
     Overhauled cylinders and replaced pistons
     Reassembled engine
     Replaced mechanical fuel pump
     Replaced vacuum pump
     Replaced engine control cables
     Replaced cowl flap control cables
     Remounted engine
     Reinstalled engine accessories
     Replaced rubber engine mounts
     Reconnected engine controls and hoses
     Replaced cowl mounts         
     Replaced cowl tape
     Replaced altenator belt
     Repaired air box


Airframe
    Replaced various rusted hardware with stainless
     Refinished windshield surface to remove scratches
     Replaced skin pilot side foward of door due to creases
     Replaced defrost sceet hoses with scat hoses due to dry rot
     Removed control surfaces
     Removed remaining paint
     Removed surface skin corrosion
     Replaced stall warning horn
     Replaced broken seat stops
     Replaced door seals
     Realigned both doors for proper fit
     Replaced Rear passenger windows
     Replaced both wing tips
     Replaced leg fairings
     Reinstalled windshield base exterior molding
     Installed new plexiglass nav light indicators
     Repaired weather fiberglass cowl nose
     Replaced vacuum filters
     Replace shimmy dampner rod
     Reinstalled control surfaces


Avionics
    Replaced original Cessna NAV/COM radion with TKM MX-300
     Installed PS Engineering PS 1000 with automatic clearance record and dual music inputs (kids)
     Installed PTT switches in yokes
     Installed Hobbs meter
     Replaced analog clock with Davtron Digital clock - Old unit wasn't keeping accurate time
     Replaced EGT gauge with Aerospace Logic 4 cylinder digital EGT gauge with voltmeter
     Replaced Avionics cooling hose due to dry rot
     Installed Avionics master switch
     Installed JPI Fuel-Scan 450
     Replaced one strobe power supply
     Replaced one strobe flash tube
     Replaced all wire ties exterior and interior due to dry rot
     Replaced all accessory rocker switches
     Replaced split master switch
