| The magnificent state of God-Realisation God-Realisation is an experience so complex, varying and profound that no one simple explanation can be given that does justice to it. So a series of explanations will be given over time on this website, together with suggested meditations for you to try. God-Realisation is a state in which you know, not just with your mind, but as a full spiritual experience, that you are God-being-you. You are one with God. You are Unmanifest Being taking on a unique individuality and a unique body and appearing in the manifest universe. This is true of every person, every animal, every plant, indeed every living thing. You have most likely had moments in your life when you felt at least some of this state without even trying. Because you are God-being-you, the qualities that are in God, are also in you. God's true nature is as an Unmanifest, Individual Being, and so your true nature is also as an unmanifest, individual being. God is immortal, so you are also immortal. God is Divine, so you are also divine. God is good, so in your own true, basic nature, you are also good. God is Loving, so you are loving. God is Wise, so you are wise. God is Sane, so in their own true basic nature, each person is sane. God is Powerful, so in their own true basic nature, each person is powerful. Dwelling on these ideas in your mind prepares you for the deliberate achievement of God-Realisation. When you do experience states of God-Realisation, you will find they have many benefits for your everyday life. If you are also interested in achieving a state of Spiritual Mastery, it is a basic requirement that you first achieve a permanent state of God Realisation. Achieving God-Realisation through meditation There are many different ways to approach God-Realisation. Here we offer you a guided meditation especially designed to help you to access your own divinity, goodness and power. It is designed to be supportive and beneficial to you in every aspect of your life. The power it evokes in you can be utilised in achieving the goals that are important to you, which for most people include better health, greater abundance, and happier relationships. However, you need to understand that this power cannot be used to control others, nor make them do anything which goes against their own greatest fulfilment and welfare. You will find it is written as if a group of people are going to meditate together. If you are instead going to meditate alone, we suggest that you still imagine yourself as part of the group. One undesirable 'false trail' which some people go down when they try to become God-Realised, is to begin to imagine that they alone are God. This leads to serious 'ego-tripping', and cuts them off from appreciating the divinity in all other people and all of nature. By doing the mediation as if you are part of a group, you will avoid this trap. Of course it would be very nice for you to do the meditation with a group of interested people, then one could read it for the others to follow. Or, you could perhaps record the meditation on tape, then listen to it with your eyes closed. The meditation begins with a short series of imaginary examples of one thing being a part of something bigger, designed to help you create the feeling of being one with God. It goes on to emphasise how various qualities which are in God are also in you. The end of the meditation, includes rising up very large. This is because in most people's minds power is equated with size. We have other meditations which separate these two, and emphasise the power of divinity even in tiny things, but here the idea that power and size are connected, is utilised to help you feel powerful. Many people think that power is automatically bad, but that is not true. Divine power is always good and always loving, so included are some suggested uses of power that are good. Before beginning this meditation, you can choose a situation in your life, or an event in the near future, that you would like to bless, and at the appropriate time, when you are feeling good and powerful, bless it with good results, and fill it with spiritual power. The meditation Sit in a comfortable place, and dwell on the following statements with the aim of feeling them to be true. If possible, close your eyes: Let us think about our own divinity, for we are divine beings. If God were a sea of divinity, then we are waves in that sea. If God were a sun of divinity, then we are rays of light from that sun. If God were a planet of divinity, then we are mountains on that planet. If God were a tree of divinity, then we are leaves on that tree. We are what God is: The Divinity that is in God is in us, it is our divinity The Divinity that is in God is in us, we bring divinity powerfully into this world The Divine Goodness that is in God is in us, it is our goodness The Divine Goodness that is in God is in us, we bring divine goodness powerfully into this world The Divine Sanity that is in God is in us, it is our sanity The Divine Sanity that is in God is in us, we bring divine sanity powerfully into this world The Divine Competence that is in God is in us, it is our competence The Divine Competence that is in God is in us, we bring divine competence powerfully into this world The Divine Creativity that is in God is in us, it is our creativity The Divine Creativity that is in God is in us, we bring divine creativity powerfully into this world The Divine Wisdom that is in God is in us, it is our wisdom The Divine Wisdom that is in God is in us, we bring divine wisdom powerfully into this world The Divine Stability that is in God is in us, it is our stability The Divine Stability that is in God is in us, we bring divine stability powerfully into this world The Divine Peace that is in God is in us, it is our peace The Divine Peace that is in God is in us, we bring divine peace powerfully into this world The Divine Humour that is in God is in us, it is our humour The Divine Humour that is in God is in us, we bring divine humour powerfully into this world The Divine Love for all created beings that is in God is in us, it is our love for all. The Divine Love that is in God is in us, we bring divine love powerfully into this world The Magnificence that is in God is in us, it is our magnificence. The Magnificence that is in God is in us, we bring divine Magnificence powerfully into this world The Divine Powers that are in God are in us, they are our powers. The Divine Powers that are in God is in us, we bring divine powers into this world For we are Divinity rising into human gods, and we rise and we rise, taller and taller, up through the roof and up to the sky, taller than the tallest skyscraper, We are gods, and we have all the magnificence of gods, We are shining, shining like the sun. Our heads are shining, our shoulders are shining, our hands and arms are shining, our bodies are shining, our legs and feet are shining like the sun. We are gods, and we have all the powers of gods. We now use our powers to send healing to everyone who hurts We now use our powers to give money to all the poor people in the world We now use our powers to bring a dying tree back to life in an instant........... We find ourselves back in our chairs, still shining like the sun, and so filled with power that we now bless an event in the near future with the best possible results.
