| Here is a second God-Realisation meditation to experience. For an introduction to God-Realisation, please go to the previous page We are equal in our divinity: If God were a sea of Divinity, then we are waves in that sea, we are what God is. If God were a sea of Divinity, then all other created consciousnesses are waves in that sea as we are, we are all what God is. MOUNTAIN: Imagine now that you are standing near a mountain, and in your mind say to the mountain, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the mountain aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your mountain consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." RIVER: Imagine now that you are standing near a river, and in your mind say to the river, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the river aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your river consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." TREE: Imagine now that you are standing near a tree, and in your mind say to the tree, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the tree aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your tree consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. FLOWER: Imagine now that you are standing near a flower, and in your mind say to the flower, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the flower aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your flower consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. ELEPHANT: Imagine now that you are standing near an elephant, and in your mind say to the elephant, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the elephant aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your elephant consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." CAT: Imagine now that you are standing near a cat, and in your mind say to the cat, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the cat aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your cat consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." BUTTERFLY: Imagine now that you are standing near a butterfly, and in your mind say to the butterfly, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are the butterfly aspect of my humanity. And I am the human aspect of your butterfly consciousness. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." PERSON OF OPPOSITE GENDER: For a woman to say: Imagine now that you are standing near a man, and in your mind say to that man, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are a male aspect of my female nature. And I am a female aspect of your male nature. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." For a man to say: Imagine now that you are standing near a woman, and in your mind say to that woman, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are a female aspect of my male nature. And I am a male aspect of your female nature. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me." PERSON YOU ADMIRE, SUCH AS A SAINT OR SPIRITUAL MASTER: Imagine now that you are standing near a person you admire, and in your mind say to that person, "We both rise from divinity, you and I. I acknowledge in you the same divinity that is in me. Our divinity is one and the same. At these divine levels we are always connected. At these divine levels we can always communicate with understanding. You are an aspect of my human potentials. And I am an aspect of your human potentials. We are equal in our divinity. At these divine levels, divine love flows from me to you, ...............and from you to me. At these divine levels there is understanding between us, and cooperation, and harmony. At these divine levels I can feel that my fulfilment benefits you, and your fulfilment benefits me."
