| God - Realisation |
| Here is another God-Realisation meditation to experience. (For an introduction to God-Realisation, please click here) Although our experience of ourselves is continuous, it is a spiritual truth that everything is rising fresh from divinity in each moment, and we are actually forming ourselves, and all our creations around us, such as this room and our belongings fresh in each moment. Knowing this is another fundamental part of God Realisation, and also gives us a certain kind of power essential for Spiritual Mastery. The first part of this meditation is acknowledging that everything rises from divinity, the second part acknowledges our power to maintain our own creations We constantly recreate ourselves We think about our own divinity for we are one with God, we are what God is, we are the Ancient of Days. We think about our divine nature. ....... We think about our divine heritage............... We think about our divine potentials.............. We think about our divine future................... We know and feel that just as we rise from divinity, so everything else in existence rises from divinity............. We expand our sense of our divinity into the room, including everything in our divinity, knowing and feeling that everything in the room rises from divinity as we do.................. We expand our sense of our divinity into the neighbourhood, including everything in our divinity, knowing and feeling that everything and everyone in the neighbourhood rises from divinity as we do.................... We expand our sense of our divinity into the whole city, including everything in our divinity, knowing and feeling that everything and everyone in the whole city rises from divinity as we do....................... We expand our sense of our divinity into the whole country, including everything in our divinity, knowing and feeling that everything and everyone in the whole country rises from divinity as we do. We expand our sense of our divinity into the whole world, including everything in our divinity, knowing and feeling that everything and everyone in the whole world rises from divinity as we do.................. We expand our sense of our divinity into the whole universe, including everything in our divinity, all the suns and planets and all the life forms on the planets, knowing and feeling that everything and everyone in the whole universe rises from divinity as we do. We rise freshly from divinity in each moment, we are concentrations of divinity taking on human form. We constantly recreate ourselves fresh from divinity, with divinity powering out from us, and we are far more powerful than any seeming threats to our honour or our well-being. We are the Ancient of Days. We continue to recreate ourselves from our divinity knowing such threats to be unreal, for that which is not divine is not real. We continue to recreate ourselves directly from our divinity, for we are divine, immortal and invulnerable creators and we freshly create and reinforce all the good things we have in every moment. We constantly recreate our bodies fresh from divinity, with divinity powering out from us, and we are far more powerful than any viruses or pollution, or any other seeming threat to our bodies' health. We are the Ancient of Days. We continue to recreate our bodies from our divinity knowing such threats to be unreal, for that which is not divine is not real. We continue to recreate our bodies directly from our divinity, for we are divine, immortal and invulnerable creators and we freshly create and reinforce all the good things we have in every moment. We constantly recreate our minds fresh from divinity, with divinity powering out from us, and we are far more powerful than any mind games or depression or any other seeming threat to our mental and emotional well-being. We are the Ancient of Days. We continue to recreate our minds from our divinity knowing such threats to be unreal, for that which is not divine is not real. We continue to recreate our minds directly from our divinity, for we are divine, immortal and invulnerable creators and we freshly create and reinforce all the good things we have in every moment. We constantly recreate our abundance and all the good things we have, our homes, our cars, our favourite clothes and our favourite possessions fresh from divinity, with divinity powering out from us, and we are far more powerful than any attempts to exploit us or to remove our good things from us. We are the Ancient of Days. We continue to recreate ourselves and our abundance and all the good things we have from our divinity, knowing that any attempts to remove them cannot harm us, knowing such threats to be unreal, for that which is not divine is not real. We continue to recreate ourselves and our abundance, and all the good things we have, directly from our divinity, for we are divine, immortal and invulnerable creators and we freshly create and reinforce our abundance and all the good things we have in every moment.
