| God's Love for you in your body |
| God loves you most dearly. You are God's beloved. To feel loved by God is your spiritual birthright. Each atom and molecule in your body, each cell and organ, is created out of God's own essence, is God being that atom, molecule, cell or organ, and God is aware and loving you in each of these different arrangements of consciousness. So repeat the following statements in your mind, dwelling on each one, allowing it to draw your attention to the waves of Love coming to you from God. • In every cell of my legs and feet, in each bone and muscle, there is God, loving me and wanting me to be healthy and happy. This makes my legs and feet a safe, comfortable and pleasant place for my consciousness to be in. • In every cell of my body from shoulders to hips, in each bone and muscle and in each organ, there is God, loving me and wanting me to be healthy and happy. This makes my body a safe, comfortable and pleasant place for my consciousness to be in.' • In every cell of my arms and hands, in each bone and muscle, there is God, loving me and wanting me to be healthy and happy. This makes my arms and hands a safe, comfortable and pleasant place for my consciousness to be in.' • In every cell of my head, in each bone and muscle, in my brain, in my eyes, in my ears, in my mouth and teeth, in my nose, there is God, loving me and wanting me to be healthy and happy. This makes my head a safe, comfortable and pleasant place for my consciousness to be in.' • In every cell of my whole body, in each bone and muscle, and in every organ, there is God, loving me and wanting me to be healthy and happy. This makes my whole body a safe, comfortable and pleasant place for my consciousness to be in.'
