Holding and striking the tipper can be tricky, but it's easy once you get the hang of it!
It's held like a paintbrush, meaning you hold it with the fingertips.
Choosing Your Drum
To top it off, do two and two together! Straighten out your arm. Come on, do it. WITH the tipper in your hand. Now, the end that naturally points downward should be held TOWARDS you on a standard playing position, AKA, before the strike. I'll cover the strikes on the next page!
