1: Mary and Mark arrive at CC's cabin to learn Eden's car is there, but she's nowhere around. mary feels nervous being there,as mark assures her he'll wait until she's ready. kirk tears up cruz's beachhouse, looking for eden and cruz,as santana comes across him leaving.cruz chases after eden and they end up sharing a passionate kiss. he tells her he still loves her, despite her marrying kirk. CC talks to augusta at the floating casino, when lionel comes in, and they exchange looks. CC orders kirk be brought there for an update on the lockridge problem. kirk tells santana cruz is chasing after eden, as she defends cruz. eden tries to resist cruz, but can't, as they ride off on a horse. CC denies he wants to date augusta, as they discuss their mutual hate for Lionel, as she spots sophia with a tall dark handsome stranger. mark tries to keep mary "warm" when he's unable to get the heat working. they then discuss marriage and kids over a warm fire, as mary pulls away.warren tries to win enough money at the casino to pay off his bills, as he barbs with brick. kirk goes to the capwell house and steals a gun, as he gets called to the casino. kirk bumps into santana again and tries to play on her fears about brandon, by trying to convince her to get cruz to marry her. CC and lionel have a blow up over sophia.

2: Cruz helps eden take a bath back in the cabin, as she's determined to keep her marriage vows to kirk. julia and pearl run into dylan while at the casino. dylan forces sam to call kelly and ask her to come to the casino-on business.she's wise to dylan and informs sam she'll be there- with Nick.kirk lurks outside the cabin and observes Cruz and Eden, as they try to resist the temptation. dylan sends a pilot to nick's apartment to fly kelly on his helicopter to the casino. kirk imagines how he's going to kill cruz and eden in the cabin. he then loosens a gas line on the profane tank outside. mark and mary come back with some wood, as cruz heads out to fix the cars- unaware of kirk's presence.mark questions mary's feelings, as she feels the need for more time to think. julia and pearl get to know each other, as they observe warren gambling. she tries to convince him to stop, as does brick. amy talks to brick about him being sophia and lionel's son. kelly meets with dylan, as he asks her about living in nick's apartment. they discuss business, and how CC wants to buy him out of the casino. kelly informs him she knows nothing of this plan, and that as soon as CC finds a replacement, she's leaving her job there.julia tries to learn about pearl, who's very tight lipped on his past.kelly tries to talk to brick about their new relationship. eden and mary discuss her and cruz,as mark helps cruz work on the cars.pearl steals a good-night kiss from julia.dylan and nick have words over kelly. the fire starts-thanks to a latern and kirks'handywork. mark calls cruz as he sees the fire, which has now caused an explosion. mary awakens and finds eden buried and unconscious, surrounded by water and live wires. cruz and mary work on getting eden free.

#3:Mary finds mark outside, as cruz works on digging out eden, when more of the ceiling collapes on them.nick doesn't tell kelly he's book deal is off. amy tries to convince brick to be honest with ted and kelly about his feelings of being their half-brother, as sophia comes along.Mason goes to see CC about setting up the meeting at the cabin between mark and mary. mary finds cruz and eden and helps dig him out, as she tells him of finding mark unconscious. after getting eden out, they tend to mark, as sirens approach. kirk wonders if they are alive, but figures he has to leave. brick feels they all want channing jr back,despite what they say. eden awakens on the strecher, as mary fills her in on what happened. kelly tells CC she can't work at the casino because of dylan and nick. CC tells kirk he's going to replace kelly at the casino, as ted asks him where's eden. mary tends to mark in the ambulance, as he asks her to wear his ring. eden realizes she left her letters behind, as cruz gives them to her. she then asks him to burn them for her.CC,ted and kirk learn of the explosion. mason warns amy to keep brick away from CC, as he's a reminder of the past. kelly tells nick she's done with the casino, as they get romantic. mason arrives at the hospital and checks on mary, as eden arrives with cruz in tow. kirk puts on an act of concern. nick and kelly discuss sharing the rent. mason and mary discuss mark, and he notices she's wearing the ring.kirk confronts eden about her feelings for him, as cruz watches.

2: mason and julia discuss angela's testimony, and how she may have shot him. angela tries to leave a note saying craig is the one, but he takes her away.when gina interupts them, angela is able to slip a note in cruz's pocket. kelly tries to cheer up sophia over eden's leaving and her moving out of the house.cruz and suzanne discuss how the jury will go in warren's case. she then cheers him up about eden by showing him an oranment the kids made for the tree for eden.craig talks to angela about her testimony and suspects she knows he's the one who shot mason.kelly tries to convince cruz to come to the house for christmas dinner,but he tells her he's spending it with the kids and suzanne. craig pulls a gun on angela, when gina rings the bell. angela is forced to cover up for craig when gina talks to craig. mason and julia both dress as santa to entertain samantha. they then reminsce about past Christmas' and share a tender moment. craig forces angela to write a good-bye note.

3:warren gathers his friends and family in the courtroom to hear him do his last editorial. he reveals angela lied on the stand. gina rants to lily about craig being in danger with angela- unaware it's the opposite. angela tries to reason with craig, as he tries to make it appear she killed herself. they learn the jury is coming back with a verdict, so he waits. ted and katrina get stuck in a cabin while doing some work for CC.the jury finds warren not guilty. warren tells cruz he suspects craig is the killer. craig's plan gets interrupted again-by gina! cruz arrives to "arrest" angela. gina has labor pains, as lily tries to get her to a hospital, but gina insist they have plenty of time to get a bag and brandon too.craig holds a gun to angela, forcing cruz to back off. lily hits a dog(lionel's dog chloe), as gina tells her to check on it.gina then insits they take her to the vet. warren sneaks in the window as cruz stalls craig. warren, cruz and craig get in a fight over the gun, as angela gets it and cruz arrest craig. gina goes into labor in the vets office and tells lily and brandon there is no time-she's having the baby now! Lionel arrives to check on his dog and finds gina there and is force to lend a hand( in more ways then one), as ChanningIII is born

6:ted and lily go to the animal hospital to see gina and the baby. they learn she's left to go to lionel's. when minx comments on the baby, gina acts overly protective of him. cruz goes to see CC, who apologizes about craig, as he's delivered final divorce papers from sophia.. CC and cruz end up arguing over eden and his realtionship with suzanne. cassie tells lionel mason called things off, and is bitter she didn't do it first.lily learns gina is suffering from post pardum depression. gina redecorates lionel's office-too bad he's unaware of it. cruz tries to comfort kelly-when she takes his side while arguing with CC. lionel learns he's Gina's new boss-since she hired him! when Cc arrives, Gina holds a gun pointed at the door and wants to make a rooster into a hen of CC!

Just then CC appears,but starts talking with pamela's voice, as mason wakes up. in the meantime, pamela is at a pay phone trying to call mason for his birthday, as she has ballons and a tricyle. michael gives cruz his(version) statement from what happened with julia and dash in the cabin. as they are arguing, cruz gets a phone call and learns dash isn't bringing charges against julia. flame taunts Quinn on the houseboat, as he tries to find a way to help CC get keith out of the district attorney's office. mason questions CC about pamela, as CC warns him not to go look for her. eden/lisa watches as cruz reads a lab report on the hair and footprint left at the last robbery site with andre. "robert" tries to stall CC, as gina is there, trying to listen in. flame tries to get friendly with craig, to no avail.mason comes face to face with pamela, as she insists she's better now, and was released. mason then goes to see CC again and asks his opinion if whether he thinks pamela can recover, as she is alone in mason's apartment, wondering where to go from there. eden/lisa listens as mason and sophia discuss pamela's condition.

3:Augusta fantazies "Robert" and CC are now doing construction work, in tee shirts, and teaching her how to do it as well, when the phone rings and wakes her. robert and cc talk about the plan to get keith out of office, as robert refuses to call in his old tonnel contacts to help. mason is shocked by pamela's revelation that cassie is minx daughter, as he realizes she's not joking.kelly talks to CC about his argument with robert and tries to learn what it was about. they then discuss the baby, and how she'd like to name if after him if it's a boy, as this reminds him of Channing jr and all the mistakes with him. mason confronts minx about cassie. mason refuses to allow pamela to see the rest of the family. kelly and mason get into an argument over pamela, as he reveals she's been released from the mental hospital. kelly catches up with robert at the lair, as they discuss the baby. mason finally agrees to take pamela to the family dinner at CC's

4: mason talks to pamela about his memories of her when he was 4, as they plan for her to attend the dinner at CC's. cruz answers the phone,as andre calls(using a fake name) to speak with eden/lisa. he tells her to meet him,as she quickly gets off the phone. eden then asks cruz about the family dinner, and if he's going to be able to attend, but he has a lot of work on the andre case, and asks her not to mention anything in her broadcast,as he takes off. lisa then calls back andre,as he tells her of his plan for minx's jewels, as she insists she has to attend this dinner at her father's.cassie is livid with minx, as she tells her mason knows the truth. CC is suspicious as mason informs him he's bringing a "friend" to the dinner. craig meets with julia to try and convince her to take him on as a client, with his new position at Barr Industries. mason arrives at the house a bit early and drops hints about his mystery guest to CC. mason later returns with Pamela in tow, as CC,Sophia, Eden and Cassie's jaws all drop. they try to convince mason pamela doesn't belong there, but he defends her to them.

5: CC gives mason a warning to get pamela out, but he doesn't buckle to the threat. sophia tries to keep the peace, as mason escorts pamela to the dinning room. mason then declares sophia and pamela both be put on trail for thier crimes, with him as the judge, and cassie as the jury.cassie,eden and a late arriving kelly are subjected to a weird family dinner/stroll down memory lane, as mason rambles on. laken talks to augusta about the blackmail notes she has been receiving, as michael arrives to investigate. mason gets pamela to tell her history with CC, as he calls for reinforcements. eden/lisa does her best to keep her compouser when mason speaks of sophia and what she has put the family through. andre calls lisa at the house, and she quickly gets rid of him. mason continues to drag up accient history between CC,Pamela and Sophia. lisa argues with eden, as sophia goes on about how it all began for her with CC, and her life their after pamela, and how she acted like her at the begining. lisa tries to prevent eden from listening when mason brings up sophia's "drowning" and letting the family think she was dead for 16 years. eden then stands up screaming, as she lived through it and doesn't want to hear it again.

CC and Sophia talk about a family gathering and how to handle the situation with Cruz and Eden being seperated. ric inviting cruz to a party at the bar, but he doesn't want to go, since he has nikki in his custody. kelly telling cc and sophia about her party. julia covering her feelings with mason. cruz attending new years eve party at cc's with nikki and ric, as he sees robert there, and refuses to leave because of him. when cruz catches robert looking at a photo of eden, he slugs him after robert makes a snide comment about him and nikki. kelly goes to see robert on the yacht, and tells him they can make their own destiny, as they ring in the new year. Cruz gets a call from Eden( off camera) as she is still in france with the kids, and cruz wishes adrianna a happy birthday.

Days tape 110#3: Jan 1990: Augusta talking with mason at the orient express about the negative interview that was shown on her, when cc comes in and is gloating over it. mason talks to cc about julia and their situation. eden, back from france working at the television station, trying to locate cruz( who is in mexico chasing nikki and travis),as she and julia talk with derek griffin, who has just arrived in santa barbara. kelly and robert are on the yacht making love. cruz comes back to check on nikki, after he has her handcuffed while looking for travis, as she reveals she is also a cop from mexico. kelly talking with robert about him and eden, as he tells her he's trying to forget and wants to take it a day at a time with her. eden is surprised to learn derek and robert are old friends. augusta meets derek while he's with julia and offers to hold a charity benefit, where she will donate one of her horses for auction. julia and eden talk about cruz being away with nikki. cruz doesn't believe nikki's story and sets out to find out the truth. julia takes derek to see robert on his yacht, as she and kelly discuss mason and robert. mason sees eden and tries to pump her for information about julia's feelings, as julia walks in and gives him a cold shoulder. cruz verifies nikki is indeed an inspector working undercover. kelly,robert, julia and derek have dinner at the orient express, when mason comes in with eden. when kelly sees her, she starts to come on to robert, and eden leaves. kelly finds eden on the roof( with the letter C) and they talk about robert and cruz.

1984:During Amanda Lockridge storyline:2 full episodes: kelly has a nightmare about visiting Sophia's grave as a child. she wakes up and hears on the radio that peter has called a news conference about Channing's death. CC, "domonic",Mason, and Peter also hear the announcement.Lionel has Liz Peele forge some records, and places them in the safe and returns the safe to the amanda lockridge remains for the unveiling later with the reporters. CC talks to mason about peter's news conference. Eden tells CC Lionel plans to dive down for the safe from the Amanda Lockridge, and it's to be opened later at the museum, but CC is livid and plans a visit to the museum.Warren looks for Summer Blake at the museum, and learns she no longer works there.CC tries to stop the unveiling by threatening to pull the Capwell funding for the museum. Eden watches lionel give his news conference to the reporters, and goats lionel about his grandmother, amanda, being insane, so lionel introduces eden as a capwell to the reporters. eden tells lionel she wants to dive with him, but he refuses. domonic talks to kelly about what peter plans to say, and tells her mason didn't kill channing. eden tries to "hit" on lionel, but he's wise to her and still refuses to allow her to dive with him. kelly talks to peter about what he is going to say to the reporters, and tries to prevent him from naming mason as channing's killer. Lionel brings the safe up from the amanda lockridge(location scenes). peter clears joe's name, but says the only description he can give of the man is he was tall and had dark hair, and he was standing over channing's body.

2nd episode: Ted fills in kelly about Eden going to the museum, and he cons her into typing his paper for him. eden comes in wearing a very low cut dress, as cc refuses to watch the telecast. lionel and augusta get all dolled up for the big event, as he tells her eden is going to be there. laken and warren talk about her not going, as he is upset about summer leaving and nobody knowing where she is. warren asks gina about summer, and all she will tell him is summer left for Los Angeles. Kelly, Ted and CC watch as eden makes her enterance felt at the museum. ted goes to see laken. cc and kelly talk about peter. mason goes to see peter and shows him he was disinherited, and therefore, peter can't collect anything from him. domonic calls mason and tells him lionel has some stolen capwell items at his house- gold coins that belonged to sophia. eden and augusta exchange barbs at the party. mason goes to lionel's with a search warrant, as ted and laken are there, and he finds the coins. May 1985:Cruz and Eden becoming Engaged:2 full episodes:1st- Cruz is driving in his car and hears a report about the tunnel explosion.CC and Gina go to the hospital to bring Ted home, as Gina tells CC she knows Brandon is Channing and Santana's son, and squeals Eden told her. nick teaches brandon about photography, as the woman killer watches. cruz goes to the houseboat and finds a note from eden saying she's ready to reopen their negotations, as he wonders what she's talking about. gina confronts santana about brandon, and later tells eden she told CC what eden told her about brandon, and gloats at the idea eden is in trouble with CC. eden leaves a note for cruz at the hospital. mason sees santana and they talk about their breakup, as he remembers the videotape he sent to CC,and takes off to get it before he finds it. eden gives santana a note to give to cruz-the next clue in their game. cruz gets his next clue- go to the movie theater. jackie gets a note saying her husband is missing. cruz finds his next clue in a bag of popcorn- a slip to take to the cleaners, as eden watches from the corner and plans her next move.ted sees mason's videotape and is shocked, as mason comes in and takes it, but they argue about channing and ted slugs mason. cruz is lead to a horse with his next clue, then he finally comes to the site with eden in the clearing. cruz and eden drink a toast to them, and he finds a ring in his glass, as eden proposes to Cruz.

2nd episode: Cruz asks eden then to marry him, and they both accept and celebrate in the clearing. kelly comes back home and is not pleased with CC being angry at everyone, and is thankful she has marcello in her corner. nick develops the pictures he took of kelly and brandon and sees the hand of someone holding a gun on kelly. brick tries to help jackie, but she runs off, as brick sends jade to help her. ted looks for mason at la messa, and runs into jackie, unaware of her news, until jade comes in and fills him in, then he tries to cheer jackie up. cruz and eden go back to the houseboat, and she tells him she has to go see her father about brandon and tell him about them. nick goes to see his old INID buddy, Cruz, and tells him about the pictures he took of this woman named kelly, as cruz figures out he means eden's sister kelly. eden tells CC she and cruz are getting married. nick and cruz find the pictures are gone. eden argues with cc about her and cruz. gina takes a pregnancy test. cruz and eden set a wedding date- may 20th, unaware of marcello's plans for that date.

Tape AA: sophia drives to the convent to visit mary, as mason watches them, then scales the walls. he finds a cleaners truck, and steals a priest gown.kirk hires santana to do some design work for the casino. he later bugs some flowers to listen to haley and ted to see what they know about gina. cruz flies to mexico and learns gina is alive after the accident with eden in the boat house, but she claims to have amnesia. cruz then brings her back to santa barbara. cruz and santana argue about her wanting to work for kirk. when the lights go out, gina disappears. kelly talks to justin about peter and joe, as he tries to show her it wasn't her fault they died. kirk grabs gina and tells her to drop the act, but she has no idea what he is talking about.

Cruz tries to get gina to tell him about kirk, but she insists she doesn't remember anything. mason draws a mural of him and mary on the church wall, as mary and sophia see it. eden comes home with cc and cruz comes in with gina. kelly is anxious to tell nick about her breakthrough with justin. nick reports to julia about following david to the hotel. cruz takes gina to the presdential suit at the capwell hotel and plans to monitor her every move. kirk goes there and grabs gina again, but she still sticks to her story.

Cruz goes to see eden and she has a plan, but tells him she wants to talk about them and where they stand with each other. kirk brings brandon and has gina look at him from the hallway, but she doesn't remember him. cruz insists he's married and can't give eden what she wants, unaware she has taped their conversation. mary talks to some children about the painting, as she thinks it's of her and mason. justin calls nick about kelly, as she wakes after being sick from being in the rain. julia follows david. gina calls haley and tells her she has been faking. sophia learns from mark she has cancer. kirk takes santana for a ride to see cruz and eden together, in what he believes is an affair. mary goes to make a confession, not knowing mason is on the other side. as eden plays the spliced tape for kirk to hear, cruz comes walking in.

Cruz and santana talk about going along with the plan to catch kirk. mary covers with mother isabelle about that strange happenings taking place. nick and kelly make plans to meet, but she wants to talk to dylan first. mary walks in on mason working on the mural, and they talk.mary tells mason she wants him to stay.nick tries to find kelly to warn her about dylan. cruz tells cc about kirk and the boat house accident, and about his and eden's plan to catch kirk. mary tells mason she made a mistaken marrying mark. mason whisks mary off by horseback to a romantic setting with a tent.

mason and mary have a wonderful time in their magic kingdom. kirk looks for gina, as she calls and he tells her not to say anything about the boathouse. kelly tells sophia she and nick may get back together, as kelly gets the presidental suit ready for a surprise for nick. dylan wants his gun back. brick goes with sophia to the hospital for her cancer surgery. kirk listens as haley talks to gina about the check he gave her.

Mary tries to talk to mark outside of cc's, but he asks her to go home with him. nick waits to hear from kelly. cruz goes to talk to gina, but she clams up again. kelly and dylan talk about him having a gun, as he tells her they have to get rid of nick. gina tells cruz the only one she wants to talk to is eden. mary packs to move out, as mark tries to stop her. kirk is served with divorce papers. mason goes to get mary. cruz searches for gina, as nick tells him kelly is in trouble with dylan. kelly tries to reason with dylan, but he's too far gone to listen.

mason asks mary to marry him. mark is determined to get mary back. cruz calls eden when haley gives him a message, as kirk ask haley what the message was. cruz talks to cc about gina taking off, then about kelly. a desk clerk tells them there was a disturbance in the presidental suit. gina knocks on the door and kelly thinks it's nick, and in an effort to protect nick from being shot she pushes dylan away, as he falls out the window. cruz finds dylan on the sidewalk, barely alive. gina comes in and finds kelly, who is catatonic at first, as gina takes the gun and tries to get kelly to leave. nick arrives to see what has occurred, as kelly says she killed him. mary wants to wait until her annulment from mark before she talks about marrying mason. mark lowers mary down to the guest house. gina finds the secret room, along with the video tape. mark prevents mary from leaving.

Cruz is handed an arrest warrant for kelly. gina stops at a gas station, pretending to be a cop, and gets directions to the cliff house where eden is staying. eden calls to see if kirk got the divorce papers. nick tries to reassure kelly everything is okay, as she thinks he is joe and she killed peter. mason tells cc to get kelly a lawyer, since he can't help her working in the da's office. mark insists mary is his wife, and she can't leave him, as he rapes her. kirk tells cc and mason eden is divorcing him.Gina arrives at the cliff house and tells eden everything about kirk. cruz goes to arrest kelly. mark applogizes to a stunned mary and tries to explain, as she gets dressed and walks out. after cruz questions kelly, he's ordered to arrest her. kirk finds the number to the gas station and tries to locate eden, but the guy won't talk. mason finds mary sitting outside acting strangely, but she won't tell him what's wrong, and asks him not to talk to mark. mary talks to mother isabelle about what happened to her/

kelly talks to mason at rawlings insitute, believing dylan was peter and he was going to kill joe. mark tries to apologize to mary again, as she tells him what he did to her. mother isabelle calls and leaves a message for mason that mary needs his help. kirk chases eden at acquland, as cruz finds gina's car with a flat tire. nick talks to justin about dylan and not knowing how sick he was. mason arranges for justin to see kelly. mason argues with mark, as mary tells mark to leave, but she is still unable to tells mason what mark did.kirk catches eden and tells her of his plan to feed her to the sharks.

Doctor rawlings tells justin he is not to see kelly anymore, as nick tries to prevent this from happening. mother isabelle goes back to the convent, as mason tries to get her to tell him what is wrong with mary. eden hides from kirk as he continues to look for her. cruz arrives at the cliff house with the sherrif and hears the alarms that eden set off at aquland and goes to check it out, as kirk catches eden and ties up her hands. rawlings reports justin for treating kelly without permission and the da, patterson, goes to see justin about what kelly has told him, but justin won't say.

Tape BB: Kirk tells eden cc told him it was the blackmailer that tried to kill her in the boathouse, and he tries to get close to eden again, as nick comes and she slips out. cruz and eden talk about gina taking off, and how she's headed for the cliff house, but she's worried about kirk finding her. cruz investigates dylan's fall out the window. gina finds out where eden is staying. eden thinks of her and cruz, as gina arrives and tells her about kirk. cruz asks pearl and courtney if they have seen kirk, as kirk is at the cliff house. Mason asks victoria to marry him. kelly and jeffery on the run. jake and haley have a minor car accident. gina and cc argue about her going to the party in that lady godiva outfit acting like his wife. julia talks to lionel about finding out she's pregnant, and about mason, and how she's not sure if she's going to tell him. kelly tells jeffery of her plan to get in the house through the tunnel. julia sees mason having a drink at johnnies, but doesn't tell him about the baby. when he gets up, he almost falls on her, as she comes close to telling him.ted and jake get in a fight after he sees haley's bruise from the accident. keith posts guards outside cc's house. kelly and jeffrey hide in jake's truck and get to the abernathy stables.

Cruz and Eden trick keith about wanting to tell him where kelly is, as they take off to find her without his tailing them. jane and warren make plans for dinner. caroline meets with gus about telling alice the truth. with pearls help, cruz traps keith and gina at the casino. cruz and eden have a reunion with kelly after she and jeffery return from the cemetary and joe's grave. mason goes to see victoria with a pizza, and an engagement ring on it. cruz comes up with a plan for kelly to see the family. cc has a "heartattack" after arguing with gina. kelly and jeffery continue to grow closer, as they wait for the signal to get in the house. everyone gathers as cc"dies" Jeffrey gets kelly a tub to take a bubble bath, as she tries to learn his secret. Kelly escapes, but keith arrest cruz. kelly and jeffery take over a tour bus. mason works on getting cruz out of jail. gina and keith plan their next step. kelly and jeffrey end up at the university.

pearl talks to julia about if she told mason she's pregnant, but she tells him she didn't. he then tells her he heard mason on the phone ordering baby stuff from a baby store. lionel talks to alice after she learns caroline is her mother. mason comes up to julia while she is talking to pearl,who then leaves. julia tells mason of her job interview, but not about the baby. he asks what is bothering her, but she denies anything is bothering her. he then tells her he knows her, since they do have a contract between them, and they talk. keith works on the embezzlement scheme with a computer hacker. victoria accepts mason's proposal. julia goes to see mason, and sees the table set for two and misunderstands

caroline tries to talk to alice again.keith tries to get gina out of the country.julia talks to mason and almost tells him about the baby,when victoria shows up, and julia realizes the dinner was for her. cc and sophia argue about cc bribing mason into marrying victoria.

Tape CC: Mary goes to the Orient Express with a suitcase, and then thinks of her trip with Mason, as mark comes in and thanks her for not telling mason. Ted and Haley arrive at the cliff house. kirk pulls eden to the shark tank, as cruz arrives, but kirk pushes eden in, then ends up fighting with cruz. mason arrives and wants to know where mary is going with a suitcase. kelly dreams about being hung. justin tries to destory the tapes with his conversations with kelly, but nick stops him. the police arrive, and justin tells nick to take the tapes and get out the window. CC talks to mary about what mark has done, and her plans with mason. cruz is caught between a rock and a hard place with his mentior being caught in the immigration scam. eden goes to see keith and snoops. mason gets a note from mary saying she is meeting with julia at the o/e. mary and mark talk on the top of the roof of the capwell hotel during a bad wind storm. mary and mark argue, as julia tells mary not to let him get away with what he did. eden spills her purse, to use it as an excuse to pick up a piece of paper on keith's floor, as he bends down and kisses her. the letter C comes at mary as mason arrives and julia screams.

Eden cancells her plans with keith. santana walks in on cruz typing his report, and gets romantic with him. mary is hit by the sign, as julia goes for help, and mason sits by her side. ted and haley have a romantic dinner. mary dies in mason's arms. cc tries to comfort mason, but he won't believe mary is dead. mason tries to kill mark, as cc and cruz pull him off mark. eden arrives home after snooping in the gargage, and cruz tells her about mary. ted and haley make love. mark tells julia he's making the funeral plans for mary.

cruz and eden talk about their lives now, apart from each other. he then tells her she will find someone else, as santana comes to pick up brandon. keith arrives to talk to eden about kelly. ted and haley share a sleeping bag on the beach. julia holds a rifle on david. mason and mark argue. mark calls mary and tells her mason knows they slept together. mason calls mary and she tries to explain to him what happened. eden talks to cruz at the beach bar about santana. eden finds mason drunk at the o/e. gina talks to haley about her cookie business. pearl sneaks in to see kelly at rawlings institute. cc has a 4th of july party at the house. cruz arrives with santana. eden and cruz have a hard time talking. gina watches keith and santana sneaking around. eden and cruz share a dance at the beach bar. cruz talks to eden about cases keith has had, where evidence has disappeared. eden meets with keith at the O/E, as cruz comes in with santana. gina tapes a commerical for Mrs. Capwell's cookies on the roof of the capwell hotel. eden meets with keith on the roof, as he hits on her, and cruz walks in on them. cruz warns eden about keith,and they argue. eden traces the phone number on the paper to a garage. mary's funeral( with flashbacks) gina has a fantasy about being married to cruz, and santana is their maid. eden is at the beach bar, as santana is with keith. haley is working at the radio station as ted is with roxanne(aka Jane). gina plants some pills in santana's jewerly box. santana holds a gun on eden at the beach bar. cheeries jubliee, cruz giving eden ring back(lot of edits and full show)
