| Gon is like the center of the gang, everyone loves Gon! Anyways, Gon is very loyal to his friends, he also shows great concerns and loyalty towards Kurapika. Although he can't really understand the way Kurapika feels towards the Genei Ryodan (in fact he was thinking of talk Kurapika out of the revenge...) he helps Kurapika of his revenge plans and Kurapika trusts him a lot that he tells Gon all of his nen chains secrets. Gon is the innocent and simple brain guy out of the four people, but in the manga, it repeatedly said that Gon's innocence could be the most dangerous thing. Did you ever notice that most of the time, the main character isn’t the most attractive character? Well, I have to say, Gon is cute, sometimes cute, and he’s really nice and loyal and like a little brother, (I wouldn’t know, since I’m the only child…) but for whatever reason, he just can’t compare to Killua and Kurapika (sorry Gon fans, ^^;;) Gon, the son of Jin Freeces, has a great hidden power which is yet to develop. Everyone who has known Gon or fought him knows that he has a great potential, just like Jin. Gon never thought about hurting other people, he just wants to become a hunter like his father and finds his father. One the way to the hunter exam, he met Leorio and Kurapika, Gon jumped off the ship to catch one of the ship crew people, and he was caught by Kurapika and Leorio by feet. “Kurapika: Are you crazy!? Jump off the ship like that to save another person! What if we didn’t catch you?! You’ll lose your life! Gon: But you caught me, didn’t you?” Gon’s determinations, abilities, and innocence inspired Kurapika a lot, he makes Kurapika felt like his old self again, with friends, companions. Although Gon never realizes how much his friendship meant to Kurapika, he certainly knows how to be loyal to his friends and how important his friends are. He is a very trustworthy person, and he will never betray his friend. He is willing to lose his life to just help or save his friends. |
