| MANAGEMENT OUTSOURCE
- Continued · Cost control through effective management · Reduced operational cost should automatically reduce member fees. Improved maintenance should also result in course improvement. If these two things do not happen then we have chosen the wrong mgt. company · We need outside golf management. The golf management we have now is very poor compared to other golf courses · Reduce operational cost · I hope and believe that the new management company will allow operational costs to be reduced so that member fees will be under better control. STAFF – PRO SHOP · On play days with 1PM shotgun starts, why can’t the pro shop stay open later than 5:30 so golfers have time to enter their group’s scores · Pro shop should be open later after 1PM shotgun start for score input · Pro shop staff need a pat on the back. They do a great job. · I’ve lived here just over 1 year and I think the present staff does a terrific job on the courses and in the pro shops · Pro shop staff are great. We have the best professional staff that we have ever had – the same for the pro shop helpers · Head pro and staff must be leaders in staging tournaments in a professional manner · Check in system is too slow and antiquated. Should install computer readers to use with our SCT ID cards. This should save time and reduce staff requirements which could concentrate on golfers without tee times and outside players · The new golf shop “registration to play” is a greatly improved and more efficient system than before · I hope you are able to retain the pro and pro shop assistants because they are good and very helpful · Develop a less chaotic method of check in during shotgun starts. Post tee times and hole assignments outside the pro shop and use a check in system similar to the one used at the fitness center to check in annual pass members · There should be at least a skeleton crew on weekends to rake traps, etc. · The pro shop staff has been less than helpful since we moved here 5 mo ago. They have even been discourteous. Many errors have been made regarding our member numbers. Just moved from Del Webb Spruce Creek in FL. They have a much better, more pleasant staff. · Excellent help from pro shop staff · Often the pro shop phones ring unanswered for a half an hour – more prevalently at WW · I appreciate good service of pro shop staff · Need to reduce staff especially maintenance workers on courses · I feel the pro shop does a good job |
