"Your silent tents of green
We deck with fragrant flowers;
Yours has the suffering been,
The memory shall be ours."

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

This Memorial Day,
I would like to Honor Four members of my Family.
Firstly, my Dad, who spoke often of his proudful service to our country during WWII..
My Brother Danny who is currently serving our country. Please think of him often this upcoming month of June, as he will be overseas. Pray for him, and our other service men as well
My Brother Gary, who is presently
serving as Commander of The American Legion Post #553, which is an honor that makes us all so proud.
And lastly, but not least...
my Brother Jimmy, who served our county during the Vietnam war. I can not express how proud we are of him for the sacrafice he made for our county.

Memorial Day
May 31, 2004
Memorial Day has traditionally
been a day of remembering the many heroes
who lost their lives during the
wars in which the United States has been involved.
However, for many it is also a time to honor all loved ones
who fought for freedom,
and have passed on before us.
Remember to take a moment,
and pay homage to all of these
now silent...unsung Heroes.
