It isn't known exactly whether Alcazar is a mid-rim or outer-rim planet. Before the Confederacy took refugee on Alcazar, it was the home to a human race called the Magrahs.
From an early start of the Pioneer Wars the Magrahs supported the Confederates quite heavily. They supplied weapons and supplies for the Confederate troops all over the outer-rim. Emperor Sanitarium, never found out the hidden secrets of Alcazar until they traced the now Rebel Resistance Movement to the planet.
Initially he attempted to destroy the planet with the Death Cigar, but the gravitational field around the planet was too strong, and could easily destroy the Starship.
Thus he moved his forces within striking distance on the planet of Furthest From which was within a days travelling of Alcazar.
He massed his army of Hurricane Troopers and weapons of mass-destruction preparing for a strike.
Princess Lilo, who had been the target of many assassination attempts on Alcazar, decided with the help of the Java Knights to engage the Grand Army. So she sent her dropships into combat against all odds.
The Rebels dropped into the warzone and fought hard and well sending the Establishment army into retreat, and ended the Pioneer Wars.
However it wasn't over yet and the RRM continued to build their army on Alcazar. It also became the home for the entire war against the Establishment and many meetings and alliances were made soon after the attack on Furthest From.
Finally the Establishment attempted to takeover Gnome the home of the Java and ancient battlefield from the Gnome Wars. Sanitarium and his Pith Lords were going to try and unleash the terrible power of the Pith from the very same battleground.
But once again their plans were foiled by the Java and the RRM and the end of the Establishment and the Pith finished there and there.
Alcazar returned to a peaceful planet after the destruction of the Establishment. They became a major seat in the newly formed Senate and were reknowned for the quality of Senators that they produced as many such as Andre Jamillia rose the the place of Nabob.
The planet's surface is now over-powered by industry and commercial landscapes, although the forests and swamps remain keeping the old heritage of the the planet in tact.
Many years later Alcazar, became the scene of a siege as a group of separatists took control demanding that Engalbert Lando was released from prison. The senate refused and sent the army of the Republic to take out the treat which they did. |
