On your Assignment Page, you will find the days on which written assignments and quizzes are due. You must have them to me no later than the day they are due to receive full credit for the assignment. Be sure you are using the Summer Assignment Page.
If you have technical difficulties, let me know ASAP.
Send all of the work via Internet or email unless othewise instructed. At this time, donÕt try to attach any documents until I determine our versions are compatible. Attachments would have to be done in MicroSoft Word.
FORMAT FOR EMAIL: Your name and the name of the assignment MUST be in the subject line of the email.
1. Double space your work.
2. Use either the fonts Time, Helvetica, or Arial.
3. Be alert to your spelling and punctuation.
4. Be sure you have written the title at the top of the page.
Notice on Observation Lab Assignments that two of your assignments should be mailed to me at the address given in the syllabus or turned into me at my office. They may be left in the plastic tray on my office door if IÕm not in the office.
Your Portfolio may be submitted on a disk, but I prefer hard copies. You need to keep a copy for your records. The hard copy will be returned to you if you pick it up at TJC or make other arrangements. The portfolio needs to be mailed or turned in at my office.
For all assignments, I use a Rubric to determine the quality of the product. A copy of the Rubrics for your Portfolio and for Written Assignments are included in the syllabus packet received at orientation. Other Rubrics will be developed for any assignment that doesnÕt lend itself to the Written Assignment Rubric. You will be given this information in that case.
