Kamusta na kayo diyan?

Nawa'y naging maligaya and pagdiriwang ninyo ng Pasko at sumalubong sa mapayapang Bagong Taong 2002!!!

Mahigit kalahating taon na rin nang huli akong nagpadala sa inyo ng liham at ilang beses ko na ring nakita ang maraming pagbabago sa ating website dahil na rin sa inyong pagsisikap at tiyaga. Nakakatuwang isipin na ang laki na nga ng ipinagbago nito... saludo ako sa inyo at tanggapin n'yo ang taos puso kong pasasalamat sa inyo.

Subalit ipagpaumanhin pa rin po ninyo kung hanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin ako lumalagda sa ating "Membership Directory". Sana'y maunawaan ninyo na hindi ako sang-ayon na "ihayag" natin sa milyon-milyong "internet users" ang ilan sa mga sensitibong impormasyon hinggil sa ating mga TIP-QC Alumni. Nauunawan ko rin naman ang inyong layunin na makatulong sa iba pa nating kasamahan para sa dagliang pakikipag-ugnayan ng bawat isa. Dangan lamang na mas makakabuti kung pagtuunan din nating pangalagaan ang kanilang "privacy" tulad ng ginagawa sa Alumni.Net - kung saan hindi nakahayag ang mahahalagang impormasyon tulad ng e-mail, phone number, o address ng mga kasapi. Dahil dito ay hindi malalagay sa alanganin ang ating mga TIP-QC Alumni  mula sa mga taong may masamang hangarin.

Siguro darating din ang panahon at mas maiintindihan ninyo ang pagnanais kong pangalagaan ang "privacy" ng ating mga kasamahang nananabik rin namang makipag-ugnayan sa pamamagitan ng ating TIP-QC Alumni website!!!

Siyanga pala, may isa tayong kaibigan na nagtatanong kung paano makakapagpadala ng e-mail sa TIP-QC Registrar upang ayusin ang kanyang mga "credentials". Ang huli kong alam ay si Engr. Pader na ang namumuno sa Registrar. Kung sinuman ang nakakaalam ng e-mail ni Engr. Pader/ Registrar ay kung maaari sana'y ipadala ito sa akin.

Kung inyo pong  napansin, noong mga unang lathala ng ating DIRECTORY Section sa ating website, lahat ng detalye o bagay tungkol sa isang Alumnus ay  nakahayag, kasama na ang kanyang mga contact numbers subalit noong  ilathala namin ang kwento ng tungkol sa isang bata (Contributions)  na nag-iinternet at nagbigay ng lahat ng detalye ukol sa kanyang  pagkatao, amin pong napagdesisyunan na hindi karapatdapat na ganoon ang gawin sapagkat maaaring makapagsilbi itong daan para makagawa ng  masasama ang ibang makakakita ng impormasyon. Kung inyo pong  napansin, inalis na po namin ang address, contact nos., lugar ng  pinagtatrabahuhan ng mga nakatalang pangalan sa ating Directory.  Subalit amin pa ring nilagay ang kanilang mga email addresses sapagkat maaari naman silang sulatan sa pamamagitan noon at nasa miyembro na po ang desisyon kung kanya itong sasagutin. Hindi po katulad ng telepono na kung saan maaari silang tawagan ng tawagan o kaya naman ay sa residential address na maaari silang puntahan.

In behalf of the TIPQCAA Officers and Members of the Board of Directors, thank you for appreciating what we have done to our institution as well as with the TIP alumni.

Here are the answers for your queries:
1. Membership fee for graduating students (2004) - P200.
For TIP alumni, you may just pay the same amount or if you would like to help our alumni association, you may also include your donation (anything, cash or material things such as reading materials, office supplies, etc.).

2. As of now, TIPQCAA is transferring the accounts to another bank. As of this moment, we' re still processing the opening of another bank account to BANCO DE ORO, Anonas, Cubao. Maybe I could give you the bank account number next week through email. Before, it was opened in METROBANK but the officers decided to transfer it to BDO so that it would have a lower MAINTAINING BALANCE.

Organizing and establishing a newly formed association is very difficult but we need to move on and sacrifice a little and because of the support (appreciation and recognizing our efforts)  of the TIP alumni just like what you did, we are very eager to continue achieving our objectives.

Regarding payment, you may just ask one of your relatives here to communicate with me. Here are my contact numbers, 0920-8140783(text)/0979-7701324(call). They may just deposit the said amount to any branch of Banco De Oro here in the Philippines under the Account Name : TIPQCAA.

3. Don't worry about the diploma, just fill-up the membership form in the REGISTRATION SECTION of our official website (www.oocities.org/tipqcaa) and send it back to us through this email address. Dont forget to attach your scanned picture. I will just verify your full name, degree and year graduated in our FILES. You could still be a member of TIPQCAA even without the presentation of your diploma.

Please inform us also your home address(Philippines)/contact number/contact person because once your membership card is ready for pick-up, we will call your authorized representative to claim the said card.

Just keep in touch always. Also, if you have other friends who are also TIP alumni, kindly inform them about TIPQCAA. Thank you very much.
