Manga Appearances

Mirai Trunks appears in Volumes 28 to 35 (Chibi Trunks appears in Volumes 28 to 42). Those 8 Volumes are currently unavailable but the thumbnails right and below illustrate the covers. The only ones available as full sized files are Volume 30 and Volume 32. They feature Trunks on the front cover. Anyway these are the Japanese covers so they are worth a look at and I apologise for the lack of larger pictures for the other six. You wouldn't believe how many people actually feel the need to write their name across images to claim ownership.

There isn't really much more to say about the Manga appearances other than that he was in 89 chapters in total, Chapters 331 to 420, which is a considerable chunk of the entirety of Dragonball. Basically he was in the whole of the Android Saga and the Cell Games saga. As it is the current Dragonball Z Volumes of the Viz Graphic Novels are only up to Volume 24 (due this Month - March 2002) so we can expect to see the first Trunks Volume by possibly the Summer of 2003. Anyway as soon as they arrive I will have a better idea of what to add to this rather pathetic section. The Other thing of note is to add that in the retelling of his tale in Volume 28 Mirai Trunks had already gone SSJ before the death of Gohan and not after as indicated in the Anime.
